15 year old daughter wanted a cookie cake for her birthday party, wanted her party theme "all black".
Another popular cookie company didn't have an online order option for black icing but Prattville Publix did.
She loved it. And it was delicious.
Procrastinating mom ordered 2 days before and Publix took the challenge and not only made a tasty and amazing cookie cake but also gave great service.

5 stars, I'd give more if I could! The store is clean and stocked, every employee is very nice & helpful! At checkout, Maggie asked if she would like her to walk us out & bring the electric cart back in so we didn't have to bring it back in. Also as we were loading the car, a 12 pack of diet coke was leaking, she took it back in & brought us a new one. The service & store are impeccable!

I'm in a wheelchair. Typically I look for electric cars to be left near handicap parking but there was none. It took me 10 minutes to get out and in the store on crutches. I brought my 5 pound pomeranian with me. While shopping an employee told me no pets I'd have to leave so I went to Walmart where I always shop and where there's always a electric cart where I park and everyone in Walmart loves Eva.

The place is clean, associates knowledgeable, friendly, and they listen. Their fruits that I purchased were sweet, and my co worker loved them too.

Clean, friendly place to shop. However, the problem with Publix stores anywhere is that prices are much higher than anywhere else, produce is often inferior to Walmart (surprisingly) and the advertised BOGO items are hardly ever in stock. (I’ve stopped looking for them.) The deli can be chaotic due to the lack of a numbering system like many of their Florida locations have and people jockeying to place an order. It seems there are lots of ways Publix could do better, especially for what they charge.

Shout out to Elijah at the Prattville Publix for going the extra mile today. I really needed fresh dill, and everything showed out of stock online. Without asking, Elijah looked in the back three separate times, and found me fresh dill!! Saved me a trip to Montgomery. That’s what I call outstanding customer service!!!

I had a really rough day and didn’t even want to go to the grocery store but when I did I had a great experience. Todd and Blake were helping me at checkout and I left with a good laugh and help loading my groceries up.
