There's something for everyone at the Shops on 2nd Avenue! Well-curated home decor, stylish clothing, hand-crafted jewelry, plus more... everywhere you turn there's something new and delightful to look at. The store is not set up like a traditional department store: you have to wander through and notice those great purses that are displayed near the blouse you just have to have. Multiple vendors means lots of goodies both upstairs and down, so wear comfortable shoes and get ready to shop!

If you are looking for something exquisite, amazing and affordable, don't miss Shops On 2nd Avenue. You can find them on the west side of 2nd Ave (between Johnston and Grant) in downtown Decatur. Joey, the owner, is absolutely AMAZING! All of the people who work here are great and happy to help any way they can. GO by and find "YOUR AMAZING" that's waiting on you! I have many times and I don't regret anything I've bought. I am SO thankful to have this AMAZING spot I can go to get the best you can find anywhere around!

My husband and I were just stopping through and saw the shop was open so we popped in. We had such a fun time looking around, and seeing the different sections. I walked away with a new purse, necklace and one of the little cardinal statues. The lady who was working this morning was an absolute sweetheart and made our day with her kindness. We will make a point to stop the next time we’re passing through, thank you!!!

I was walking through downtown Decatur one beautiful afternoon and a friendly gentleman was straightening up the display tables outside. We started chatting & he politely invited me in to see the rest of the shops. I am so glad he did!! This is a gem of a shop! So many unique, one of a kind finds all tucked in to this immaculately detailed, well managed, extraordinary find. A definite must go and plan to spend some time there. Oh, while you're there grab a bag of the delicious rosemary almonds!

Love these shops, nice addition to our local shopping options in Decatur. Great place for gifts....
However, the people who work here and the individual shop owners need to stop "hovering"....I've literally had a worker follow me through the store the entire time I was browsing, commenting on every item I pick up, very awkward! Another shop keeper hovered the entire time my daughter was in her booth until my daughter just picked up something random to buy just to escape.
Please give your customers some breathing room to enjoy your lovely shop, I promise we'll ask if we need help!

Stopped in with a friend to "look around". We couldn't stop looking! So many unique items from different local artists! We were greeted by friendly smiles and they made sure to make us feel at home! I bought some unique jelly filled, gummy turtles but forgot to get some of that delicious looking fudge! I'll be sure to buy some next time!
