I've heard great things about the chicken tenders sub, so I stopped in to purchase one. They had no tenders to make the sub. Really? 4 p.m. So I got the wings plate. Dry chicken. It was old. I'm gonna try one more time. Fingers crossed, but very disappointed. ☹️

The two stats are for the deli... I went here to get some food and first of all. The wait and there was no Ody in front of me. The red hair guy looked at me twice then when he came around the third said I'll be with you in just a min.. I stood there for 15 mins while he moved boxes and talked to the other lady who was making a sandwich for a customer. Then there were flies using around the food, the food looked out and unattractive.. the chicken looked like it was thirsty that how dry it looked. I got something that was overpriced for the way they tasted and cooked.. the potatoe wedges looked an tasted like they just didn't care. I wasted money on my food and was very unsatisfied. I will never go back to the deli again... That's a complete turnoff.

I ordered this Minecraft sheet cake for my son’s 5th birthday party a week before the party. The bakery called me DAY OF the party and said they aren’t able to do the sheet cake, they would have to substitute for cupcakes and a round cake. The lady was very snarky, never apologized, and didn’t seem to understand why I was unhappy. I’ve used Publix for my son’s birthday cake every year. Will not be doing it again. If you’re not able to do something, don’t put it on your website as an option. And if you’ve had the order for a whole week, don’t wait until the DAY OF the event to suddenly be unable to do it. I even called the other store in Decatur to see if they could do it. They said they could but not without 24 hour notice. That gentleman did apologize for the inconvenience and was much nicer than the lady from this store. Very disappointed.

Absolutely great staff, always friendly and helpful and have always been great with my little kids. Didn't know they gave little kids free cookies in the bakery but they volunteered that info happily. Their subs and sandwiches are great; my wife LOVES their chicken finger sandwich. Highly recommend.

We ordered a Minecraft themed birthday cake for my son's 5th birthday a week in advance on their website and they called us the morning of the party to tell us "we can't do that cake we have to order the kits in advance".... seriously?! What the hell?! Then they offered to do some cupcake arrangement with Minecraft toppers that cost more than twice the original cake. What kind of way is that to do business? I know this review won't hurt them, but that is unacceptable.
