One day ago we had three tornados hit, during that time Eight people including my infant were at Daily Deals shopping when the storm hit (At 5pm) and continued shopping waiting for it to be safe to leave and for the rain to ease up. The women worker started freaking out because her 20 year old daughter was alone without power and she started demanding that she needed to leave immediately. The man worker (the owner or manager) reassured everyone he wouldn’t kick anyone out in these conditions but the female coworker kept hounding him and would not let up, even hounded him for “not wanting to get home to his wife and his family”, which resulted in them deciding to close. They then decided to kick all of their customers out in the storm as the Tornado was actively nearby. The women stated “we’re closing, i don’t care where you go. The vape shop next door is open”
They hurried us all out the door and when they did the wind blew so hard it threw us all against the side of the building.

These people had absolutely no concern for their customers, no compassion and absolutely did not care about our safety.
I understand your adult daughter being alone without power is scary but rushing to her isn’t going to change anything, if anything driving during an active tornado is risking your life and forcing us out forced us to risk ours.. If it was that big of a deal she could’ve left and he could’ve stayed to keep the store open so his customers were safe. Just like her daughter, we mattered too.
Due to your selfishness someone could’ve died. My INFANT could’ve died.

I can’t force anyone’s opinion, just bring awareness to what happened.
As much as i loved going into Daily Deals and finding cool things, they lost our busines the moment they decided they didn’t care about us.

They locked us out while the tornado was tearing this building up nearby. (like 3 or 4 buildings down)

They are charging a fee for each item before you ever spend a dime. So 7.00 day is actual 7.28 per item. If you use a card they charge another 4%. Then taxes on that. Shady and owners just say it’s because you are using debit card… they are practicing false advertising. Stuff is just thrown around and if you have a minute can find decent items but… not at the prices they are advertising

I got there at their opening time (9am) and it was crowded. People were lined up at the front door waiting for the doors to open. But everybody (including me) loves saving money and getting the best deal. If you go there, make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes because you will be searching through SEVERAL tables full of stuff.

I have been a customer since the beginning when the store had opened. Many things have changed. They charge 4% on card transactions now and on Fridays ($8 day) they won't give out not one single bag. All the money I have spent there and they could not spare a plastic bag.

The daily deal price points can be really awesome when you find high quality items but when it's something small that's not worth the $8 deal on Friday it's a bummer. You can find some really neat things here but you have to dig around a little, I'll likely return on a Wednesday to see what stuff is left for just $1

Absolutely love this place. If you love shopping on Amazon, Daily Deals is definitely the place to get some of the same items at a fraction of the Amazon prices. Tools, clothing, toys, car parts, linens, the list is endless.

Love this place! I've been before on $3 day and there wasn't much, but I still left with a few things. I went today on $7 day and definitely some good stuff! Got a laptop charger, backpack dog carrier, and 3D printing filament for a little over $20. You will have to spend some time digging and looking. Going in there looking for a specific item most likely won't work, but finding things you may have wanted but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on is totally possible!

Be prepared that whatever day you go in on, you will spend that much on each item and some stuff isn't worth the days prices, but there is a much better selection on the higher priced days.

This place takes amazon palets and puts everything in bins. It works by the 1st day after pallet/so are put out is the most expensive. I think $8, then each day goes down a dollar. Went on 2nd day & stocked up on some good things for $7. Went on 2nd to last day and bins were practically empty. It's worth rooting through the bins, just make sure everything is in your box or bag as they get opened by people looking in them. Guy at checkout was friendly enough.
