Love love love this place! It has every brand name you find no where else but online , local boy, huk, , northface, cart hartt,Birkenstock, yellow box , hey dudes ! It’s incredible and it’s big , girls, boys , toddler , women ,junior , plus size , mens , teens etc… Decatur’s hidden shopping gem! Catch clothes off season incredible prices , even regular price big name items your not paying shipping prices $$$

I have shopped here for YEARS but today I received horrible customer service. The manager (not sure of the name because they couldn’t even be bothered to come to the customer service desk) would not let me make a return because I didn’t have my original form of payment which was a debit card. I had my receipt and wanted cash back because I forgot my card at home and they wouldn’t let me. I waited outside before they opened for 10 minutes because I was a little early getting there. I’m so annoyed. The two young gentleman who actually helped me were very helpful, kind, and apologetic. At no fault to them, the refund policy at this store is outdated.

They had a lot of Popular Brand Name Clothing. Everything is at higher retail prices, but they did have some things on Sale or Clearance. I did find a cute pair of Light Up Shoes for my Grandson. They did cost $30, but my husband said that it was ok since it was for his birthday. I also purchased a Shorts Outfit. I didn't get a picture of it.

Always enjoy shopping here even if the sales are far and few between. Never fails, I always pick me up a new hat. The home decor Dept had a few nice new items that will look great in the house. The auto Dept seemed to have gotten smaller however. Their new POS system is nice and gets the point of sale items scanned and gets you out quickly. Enjoy your shopping!

Martins Family Clothing Store really saved the day when I needed some gray khakis for church. The khakis fit really good and the price at the register was cheaper than the price on the tag.

Also, the ladies that worked in the men's dept were really nice and helpful. Great experience shopping at Martins Family Clothing Store for the first time in many many years!
