I called and spoke with them because I wanted to order two latte cups but wanted to use a Visa gift card and wasn't sure if the online process would allow it. I also wanted to request they be mailed via United States Postal Service because I live in a locked building that USPS has a key to but Fed Ex and UPS do not requiring me to be home and wait for the delivery. I can't begin to tell you how helpful and accommodating they were! So pleasant, kind and cheerful. They were a joy to interact with. I received my package exactly as expected but my big surprise was how safely and carefully they had wrapped and packed these!!!!!!!!! Wow!! I have ordered a lot of items in my 65 years but this was the absolute best I have ever seen. I am so grateful and plan to shop on their site in the future. I urge you to support this wonderful business.
