Shopping in Good American shop ?
I wanted to check out this store just to see if the Good American jeans from Khloe Kardashian are really that special.
The Good American store is nicely and simply furnished.
All goods were displayed and evenly stored.
As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly kind and helpful saleswoman Shari.
She immediately guessed what I might like and what I would look good in.
She was willing to bring me all colors, more sizes and was very patient. So, in the end, I chose the jeans and yes, the jeans are made of very high quality material and are elaborated in every detail.

Today, my sister, niece, and daughter visited the Good American store in Century City. My sister has been on the hunt for the perfect pair of jeans that she can feel comfortable in, and my niece is a loyal fan of Good American jeans. The first sales associate we encountered was sweet, but it wasn’t until my niece specifically asked for Gwen that we experienced truly exceptional service.

We arrived at the store at 1:45 pm and didn’t leave until 3:15 pm, and every moment was worth it. Gwen instantly understood my sister’s needs and what would make her feel comfortable. She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely caring. It felt less like we were shopping with a sales associate and more like we were with a close friend, who was there to help and support us, not just make a sale.

My sister has always struggled to find jeans that fit her size and body type, but Gwen provided the confidence and encouragement she needed, going above and beyond to uplift her. It was an unforgettable experience that left us all feeling not just satisfied, but truly cared for.

The store was clean, and they had a good selection of clothes to choose from. However, the staff wasn’t the nicest. No one asked if we needed any help. I ended up finding the fitting room myself, and when it was time to check out, the cashier made us wait until she was done talking to her friend. There were only two customers that day. The top I bought was cute, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Wendy and Adam are absolutely incredible. I spent over an hour today trying on over 10 pairs of jeans to find my perfect fit — they were so patient and knowledgeable. Some stores can be stuffy and unapproachable, but it was the total opposite here. The changing rooms had great lighting, they offered me cold water at the end of my experience, and I walked away with two affordable and perfectly fitting pairs of jeans. I had such a wonderful experience — thank you guys for making me feel so welcome in your store and so represented with your product!

Good American clothes are so nice I have them sent from the US to Australia. They are the only brand whose clothes are genuinely true-to-size every time without fail. Not only that, but they are truly a size inclusive brand, catering for many different sizes and body types. I only wish there was a greater range to choose from, because I would buy more.
The best thing is express international shipping! It’s crazy how fast their clothes arrive, sometimes faster than my Australian packages.
One thing I’d like to see more of is them using more materials like organic cotton or bamboo, even recycled water bottles. More sustainable fabrics and more technological aspects to their clothing could be a way forward in the future.
I really think they’re doing a fantastic job with their clothes, I’m just greedy and I want more of a good thing! One of my favourite brands.

I recently discovered the jumpsuits from Good American. I wear a 3xl/6 (they’re converting their sizing so I was a 6 now it’s 3xl). After waiting all summer I decided to order the Malibu Pink one IYKYK - and my size is waitlisted on the site and out of stock EVERYWHERE GA is sold. On a whim I called the new store in Century City (Los Angeles). Plus size hotties know stores NEVER have anything for us. But Alex answered the phone, enthusiastically went to check for me, informed me THEY HAD IT - and there was ONE LEFT in my size!!! Alex walked me through the process to order from the store and have it delivered. She answered my questions, was excited with me (seriously - it’s the only one left in all of creation lol), she responded to me promptly when I needed to text again about something. Highly recommend the service at the Good American Store, as well as the clothing Good American makes. It’s definitely not inexpensive but the quality is at least or better than the price. It’s really awesome to feel sassy and good in your clothes - thanks Good American!
