Best experience I had ever had in a gun shop in the Bay Area. I’m certainly coming back to do more business with them.

All the employees were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I was able to try different things and learned a lot. And if something is not perfect, they have a gunsmith that can change it for you. Amazing service!

Outstanding customer service, they acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door and offer you drinks or coffee , very accommodating. Employees are very knowledgeable with the products and can show you everything you need to know and will work with you on what you are looking for specifically and are patient when they do great personality we had some laughs I will definitely be back here.

Nice shop. Smaller selection but they are knowledgeable, took delivery of an online order and had a nice rifle in stock I was able to purchase direct. I would check them out if you want a more local experience vs big box retailer

I brought in my broken rifle to the gun smith and not only did they fix it in less than 30 minutes, they walked me through what was wrong with it, had the parts needed to fix it, and they charged me a very fair price. Worth the hour drive.

I’ve called several times, and each time the phone rings, someone answers briefly, then hangs up. Highly recommend the gun shop in Napa! Really informative and quick to respond! Guess that’s hard to find nowadays.
