What happened to this company?! They used to be the goto spot for sailing and boating gear. Now the shelves are half full and it's months if ever before they restock the bits that are sold out.

Employees appear despondent and managers say customer service is non functional. The company was recently acquired and i would not hold my breath for survival, alas

If it has to do with water, they've got it! This store is beautiful and extremely well organized. From high tech fish finders to clothing you'll get what you need. I did not expect such a clean, professional looking store!! Now that the Gateway Retail Center has been renovated and upgraded, this is a great shopping experience. Check it out!

Luv this $tore it has everything I'm looking for and yes MORE! Clean , stocked and organized friendly helpful staff .
Highly recommend this place to all. When parking make sure to hide all your valuables seems like lots of cars are being broken into .

If you fish and need gear/tackle this is where to go. West Marine has a large selection of tackle and had what I needed for a kayak/crabbing trip I recently went on.

This is supposedly one of the flagship stores for the company. However, fully 20% of the shelves are bare. You can't just walk into the store and buy the part you need anymore. Everything has to be ordered. Not very convenient

Just not happy today, I went in trying to return flares that I purchased 11 days ago and they said they c ant take back the flares....I'm on there website as I type this out and they say they can't take back expired flares....my flares don't expire till June 2021! The paper reciept doesn't state flares are non-returnable and also states if at anytime u are unhappy just bring the product in, hassle free.....well I guess that's not the case, they should put a sign above the Flare section stating non-returnable ! I drove 1 hr there and 1 hr back cause of Bay to Breakers just to head back home......live and learn
