I like coming to shop here and I usually get their premade sandwiches so I can see what’s in them. If you get their build your own sandwich, don’t expect all the items you want, to be on there. They will skip one or two of them. Especially if you add an extra like bacon or avocado. I got a sandwich today and there was bacon by the sandwich maker but I got home and there wasn’t any bacon on my sandwich, which I was bummed about.

A good selection of vegetables, fruits, and other products, but also quite pricy. The same products cost atleast a dollar more than in other supermarkets.

This grocery store is pretty remarkable. While it's not situated in my neighborhood and I don't go there daily, I do swing by every so often to grab keys from the keycafe machine when I'm showing homes nearby.

Yes, it's true that their prices may be on the higher side, yet this store has the most extensive and superior collection of goods in the entire city. Whether you're seeking a rare ingredient for a recipe or something exotic, you're bound to find it here. Their selection FAR surpasses that of Safeway and even Whole Foods, with everything from flowers, bakery items, seafood, a million cheese options, a food bar, deli items, sushi, and even Kosher foods and meats. They also carry an expanded selection of items for Passover, in addition to imported foods.

I appreciate the convenience of their outdoor parking lot, which is effortless to get in and out and have never been full, in my experience. The store's prime location on California and Steiner is a huge plus, and its immaculate, well-lit interiors make it a joy to shop in.

There is a small Starbucks in it, with indoor seating.

Granted, it may not exactly your everyday grocery store, but it's definitely worth a splurge every now and then when you're feeling fancy and in a mood to indulge.

Great selection of high quality groceries, which keeps me coming back. But they have terrible customer service. I have frequently been treated with contempt and coldness merely for asking a question or paying for my groceries. The attitude of their employees is actually quite funny as long as you know in advance what to expect. Only in Pacific Heights (they wish) could a business get away with treating their customers this way. Or perhaps it's because the employees are unionized. Whatever the cause, just don't expect a Trader Joe's style welcome.

This is such a luxury grocery market in San Francisco. Nice decorations and well-organized for all stuffs. I came for flowers and Mollie gave me multiple choices. Affordable price for those beautiful flowers. Other goods may cost more expensive than another market nearby.

Staff: 0 stars. Nobody is willing to help, there is a lack of staff members every day of the week, the check out is extremely slow most of the time without someone packing the grocery bag. Additionally a staff member was in the process of taking away the fresh soups “for the nigh” at 7:20pm and denied me filling a soup cup for dinner first. I swear the staff doesn’t want customers.

Nice selection and clean, but how can anyone afford this place?! Even the sale prices are far above market. I walked out empty-handed 😔
