I had a jewelry problem from a piece I got from somewhere else and the owner of Reflections fixed it for me! She was just so nice, creative and helpful about it.

I am still in shock. I had to call my doctor and take an anxiety pill because of how I felt leaving this store; I was literally shaking.
The lady who works there screamed at me from the top of her lungs asking me to “ get out” of the store after I mentioned the Crystal was expensive!
I have never seen such a customer service behavior. I checked to see if this was actually lawful!
I am sad this store is part of my beautiful neighborhood. Please check the yelp reviews for more reviews.

Great service. Helped me sleuth what a famous singer was wearing in an old photo and we settled on a great necklace for my wife for the holidays. She loved it and couldn'thave done it with out their care and attention to great customer service. They even offered her to return, exchange, etc. - anything to make sure she would be happy.
