HOW TO DECEIVE A CLIENT !
60% sales ON but organized in a way that when you go to the cashier, you figure out out that you have to pay full price. 60% off written everywhere, but a lie…
Worst experience.
When you try to pay, you have a long slow line because ONLY one employee…
Photos: none of these were on sale…😳and only one employee attending

when I walked in this store I was impressed by the layout and the customization department. Love it.

After buying the basic jeans or jeans jacket you can take take it the their custom tailor department and add all kinds of cool stuff like names, message, icons, logos, even different color patches and everything in between to your new clothes. It isn’t cheap but if you have the $$ and time check it out.

Levis jeans are an icon for Americana; their superb customer service here should be model for all retail stores in SF. Let’s hope the mayor who owns this brand is able to provide same service to us in San Fran; I voted for him and let’s hope he comes through.

Returned one wro g size pair easily. Nice staff. Not crowded. Have to order my size but decided to do this myself on-line. Easy walk from Union Square garage . Walk down (south) Stockton and store is directly across Market St.

I wear a 42 waist 28 leg. I understand that that’s extra large, but not ridiculous. It’s very disappointing that the store does not carry anything above a 40 waist at all. The staff was helpful in directing me to order from the website, but going to the store was a waste of time.

Large flagship store of the iconic jeans brand on Market Street. They have a huge selection and helpful staff, as well as a custom tailor/repair division which can alter and hem things in-house. Well worth the trip, and Levis are the best denim jeans ever made.
