Outstanding customer service, and high-quality selection that is neatly organized on wooden hangers, which adds to the joy of looking through the racks. Zach was personable, helpful, and fun! He's one of those folks that make you feel so happy after talking with him. I've "hearted" this gem for my next visit to the Bay Area. Don't miss this!! I consider it a must-go!!

Stopped by for the first time today. Can't believe I haven't been in this local gem before. I went to drop off some clothes to consign and of course walked away with some great finds. They sell a wide range of clothes/shoes/accessories, from designer brands to every day brands at reasonable prices. Zach, the Owner, was SO SO nice. Will definitely be my go to for consigning and shopping!

Great name as Diamonds In The Rough offers designer wears on consignment. I just adore the man who works there. He's so personable. I'll get his name next time. Yay I found top that matched perfectly the pants I was wearing! I had visited a few days ago and everything $20 and over was 1/2 off. Woohoo! Perhaps the sale is still on?

Great store with awesome deals on top gently used (and sometimes brand new ) designer clothing and shoes. They buy every day they’re open and so there’s always something new in store!! The owners are just the nicest people! Can’t wait to go back
