Called based on reviews and website and could not have been luckier to speak with Kelly! I had a very specific request and reasons and she far exceeded the request while understanding the reasons. The recipient was touched and very very pleased as was I when I received photos from them and from Kelly! Very much recommend to anyone! I cannot say enough for Kelly and what a wonderful job she did responding to a last minute request at the height of the Thanksgiving rush. It was for flowers to be sent to Texas for a memorial and despite being up to her elbows in arranging holiday bouquets for her local clients she agreed to do it, and carefully guided the process so our arrangements would be apropos for the occasion in Texas and not be lost in their holiday rush. The delivery was twofold to two locations. I just received photos from the memorial and she could not have sent nicer bouquets, everything was perfect!

When I was growing up Burns Florist was THE place to get flowers. As an adult, when I needed flowers I thought of Burns. I have been using them for all of my Marin County needs for the last 4-7 years. Every the arrangement is spot on. Last week I needed three arrangements for an engagement party and birthday celebration. I reached out to Kelly and as per usual she came through with flying colors. She delivered them herself to my home in Petaluma and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. Kelly and her team go above and beyond every time.

Kelly is wonderful. I called from Africa to send flowers locally in San Rafael. The time difference is huge and there was a mess up on my part with the payment. Kelly went ahead and delivered the beautiful flowers anyway while I was figuring it out. REAL people! She even delivered them herself! I love when there is a human element in business. She was so understanding and lovely. Thank you Kelly for the wonderful arrangement and all the personal care!! I SO recommend her!!!!

Kelly made me the most gorgeous bouquet for my wedding. It was one of my favorite things about the day. She did an amazing job with a challenging brief of "wild meadow flowers of California." She was very helpful and accommodating throughout and the product speaks for itself. Definitely recommend!
