just moved in to the city , I went to buy groceries, store was so beautiful and a lot of varieties, from liquor to soft drinks. Staffs over there were so cool. There are 2 counters for quick checkout no need to wait much.
will be back again and again.

The security guard put his hands on my brother’s neck because he walked out of the store without buying anything (they did not have the item he was looking for). Violence is absolutely unacceptable.

This is the first business review that I can ever remember making, but I feel I owe it to Go Go to give credit where credit is due. I am a single mother that lives in downtown San Francisco on the street next to Go Go Market. Because I don't have the good fortune of having family nearby, I have become so appreciative of the village of support around me, especially places like Go Go. The guys at this store have never failed me, not once. I've been a resident of this neighborhood for about 8 years now and it can be quite the
s#!tshow to put it mildly. Anyone that cares about their neighbors and their neighborhood knows that we all have to look out for each other. That's how I feel about the guys at Go Go. Whether it's a specific kind of ice cream that I can rely on Go Go to keep in stock on those type of days when only ice cream can make it better, or just a friendly face to greet me when I walk through the door. It's not just surface level superficial politeness either, I genuinely feel looked after and safe in the company of the folks at this store who didn't turn a blind eye to a situation I was having with a problematic individual I was ending a relationship with. Any woman in a situation like that knows how common it is for people to say it's none of their business. The people at this place did not do that, which means a lot. This is a genuine family-owned business run by good people. Anyone that says otherwise probably deserved whatever they complained about. These guys deal with a lot on a daily basis and that in itself deserves recognition. Props to Go Go for going above and beyond 💖

Way overpriced alcohol and service isn’t friendly at all. No one wears masks including the employees despite a large sign outside that emphasizes the mask mandate. Very sketchy people hanging around at all times of day. Only decent thing is the selection which is why this is a 2-star review instead of 1. They are always well stocked.
