My husband and I made the trip from Erie to test drive a Buick. We are so glad that we did. The staff treated us very well and we got a very good deal on our trade in. After buying cars for 40 plus years, I have to say that our experience at Crivelli Buick was the most positive we have had. We would definitely return!

A bad experience when I stopped to look at a used 2500 GMC pickup. The salesman was really friendly and let us test drive. Gave him my number because someone else was possibly buying the truck, promised he would call and keep me updated. Never heard from him, my first and LAST trip to A. Crivelli. I'll take my money and business elsewhere.

We had purchased a used vehicle with low miles one day prior to leaving for vacation. 4 hours into that drive, the vehicle had problems requiring it to be towed to the local dealership in that area. After contacting the team at A Crivelli, Mike Harris, Harry McBride and Jason Swarm worked non stop to remedy the situation and ensure the vacation plans were still met. They stand behind their sales and we were very pleased with how they handled the situation; ensuring our needs were met. Their customer service is top notch.

Bought a new car, and even tho the weather was crappy, we had a good day. Everyone was really nice, they even made me coffee when I asked for it and it was SUPER GOOD! GREAT experience, bought cars from A.Crivelli before, will do so again!

We sat at the dealership for over 1.5 hrs and ended up having nothing done to our car because "GM sent the wrong part in the correctly labeled box". How does that happen? For future reference, please open the box upon receipt and make sure it's the correct part before wasting our time taking off work.

Today I picked up my car from being worked on after hitting a deer. I am soooo incredibly pleased with everything! My car looks brand new again!!! They cleaned the inside and it smells amazing! The work they did was perfect!!

Charged me a fee for a failed inspection nobody has ever changed that fee if it didn't pass a service wasn't completed charged me more than I spent on a headlight to change one bulb n then wanted to charge over 400.00 for for breaks and rotors. Tried to rip me off because I am female n having nobody else to fix it for me.
