This watch shop is the best I have encountered in my travels in the United States. Summer service was great, very friendly, and she patiently let me try all the watches, and finally I took the Grand Lange1.

When I returned to ask questions, the store assistant manager Travis admired my AP-CODE1159 and expressed his how many love for the watch, he was so funny that I laughed until my stomach ached.

I highly recommend this store. I have more than 50 watches but this store is one of the few memories in my life that have made me so unforgettable ！ 10/10!

I hope one day , I can take the next Lange watch to my home!

Everyone here is so welcoming and knowledgeable on everything on the store. When they dont know something, they are humble and ask a college or put in the time to find the answer for you. Unlike other high horology companies, A. Lange & Söhne makes you feel welcome, at home, and actually has watches for you to buy!

I visited the store twice during my trip to CA, and the experience was terrific both times, especially with the customer service I received from Travis. I was there to look at the Lange 1 Perpetual Calendar in Darth that was shipped from NY to CA just for me to look at. Travis is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just a good person. He spent his time explaining the watch's features and compared it with several other watches the boutique had. He didn't try to push me to make a purchase and just enjoyed that I came in to boutique just to have a look. I'd recommend anyone looking for amazing service and great timepieces, give this place visit, as I plan to send my brother in law for his next watch purchase. Thank you again Travis for the great experience and I will return for that Lange 1 Perpetual in the near future.

Twice I tried to purchase a Lange at this boutique over the past few years, but both times was discouraged from doing so by the sales associates. This was always one of my favorite brands but now I know why they have a reputation for poor customer service. The arrogance is astounding.

The first time a few years ago I tried to place a deposit on a hot watch with a waiting list, and I wasn't even allowed to do so. So I lost interest in the watch. Interestingly, today that model is readily available but worth much less on the secondary market.

My most recent attempt was for a limited edition that was still available to place a deposit for. I made a request that wasn't going to change whether I would buy it or not, just a preference. I was clear I wanted the watch and waited for the payment deposit link via email. But instead, I was told the watch was not for me. Unbelievable.

I had also received a message from the ALS instagram account that they would reach out about the watch. It never happened either. Anyway, the watch sold out shortly the day after.

It's ok though, as there are many choices in the luxury watch world. I'm not denigrating the product at all, ALS makes some of the most beautiful timepieces in the world. If the original staff of this boutique when it opened were still there (yes, I attended the grand opening years ago), I would have a collection of Lange watches by now. A. Lange und Sohne was the first brand I fell in love with when I began as a collector.

But the people really need to work on customer service. Until then, it's not on my wish list anymore.

Strolled in casually just to take a look and was immediately greeted by Travis, the assistant manager. Super friendly and welcoming first impression. He then asked me my experience with the brand and it was then that I told him I actually have a couple of pieces. Recognizing that he’s a fellow collector as well we started talking very in-depth about timepieces in general and he was truly enthusiastic about sharing his love of Lange.

It was a great experience and one that I think other brands (I’m looking at you AP) should take notes from as this is what gets collectors (and not flippers) enthusiastic about your brand. It’s been a few years since I last bought a Lange and now I’m thinking it’s time to perhaps consider one again soon though this boutique.

I just received my new Lange watch. The quality of the watch is terrific and the quality of the service I received from Karen, the boutique manager, was beyond excellent. The watch I requested was not available in the Costa Mesa boutique and not in current production. Karen managed to find what I was looking for at a Lange boutique in Europe. She was knowledgable, helpful and accessible throughout the order and delivery process. She kept me appraised of the delivery status every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the product and the service.

I recently visited the A. Lange & Sohne boutique at Southcoast Plaza and met with Travis who was not only extremely knowledgeable about the brand and it’s history but also a super nice guy to talk with. He had the timepiece I was looking for and allowed me to try it on along with a couple of others. I really appreciated the time Travis spent with me and my wife answering all of our questions and the way he explains things really shows his passion for the brand. If you’re looking for a new A.
