This is the best place to get the right shoes for your feet. I have problem feet and Shane spent so much time with me making sure I got the right shoes for my aching feet. We left our membership at another well known store to come back to A Snail's Pace because you just can't beat the customer service.

Went to this store to receive expert foot measurement, view a large selection of shoe choices, and to try on and get expert recommendations for my needs. I went to Snail's Pace for new long-distance running shoes to address my particular running style and physical condition. Jacob got me on the treadmill, evaluated my stride and footfalls, tried me with eight pairs of shoes, and patiently enabled me to walk, run and feel the new shoes we tried. Great experience trying on the new Altra Timp, Lone Peak, and Olympus! The staff brought me through their fitting process smoothly and helped me understand more about my foot shape and strike. Running on the treadmill was probably the coolest part of the fitting process.

Micah gave me excellent service. 3D foot sizing and had me try on about 5 shoes. I'm sure the other employees are just as good but I was very impressed with their service and highly recommend this store.
