I would give this store zero stars if I could. I visited this store on August 24, 2019 at about 5 or 5:30 pm. I was wearing hiking clothes as I had just finished a hike in Grand Teton National Park. I was very interested in purchasing some of the stackable mountain rings or a charm for my Pandora bracelet. Neither of the saleswomen spoke to me or my parter. They did not say hello or asked if they could help us. Instead, they glared at us as we walked around the store. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life. These women assumed that because I am young and was wearing hiking clothes, I could not afford anything in the store and was not worthy of their time or assistance. Jokes on them, because I’m an attorney could afford to purchase anything in that store. I would caution this establishment to elevate their customer service standards. They missed out on a large sale from me. Their loss.

Horrible customer service. I was given a $500 gift card from my boss and I was there today to use it. I felt like I was totally ignored and treated different for being hispanic. They will only acknowledge Americans that’s for sure! No class! Disgusting

I have ordered the annual Swarovski Christmas ornament from them for almost 20 years, and they have been unfailingly friendly and helpful...it was a real treat to meet them in person a few years back, and they treated me like an old friend. 5 stars!

This is a great jewelry store because it has very unique products and the staff is so friendly but not so much so that you feel pressure. I would definitely recommend it.
