As soon as I stepped into The Abode, I was thrilled to find that it exceeded all my expectations. The property is meticulously maintained and offers a serene and peaceful environment. The house itself is of exceptional quality, featuring a spacious patio where I can comfortably set up my grill, lounge on a couch, and tend to my mini garden. The location is perfect, with a grocery store conveniently within walking distance. What's more, the management team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and attentive, making my experience truly delightful.

I’ve lived here for a year and this is the cleanest and most well-maintained multi family property I’ve ever lived at. The team is super friendly, any maintenance requests are taken seriously and handled quickly and everyone is super nice. The grounds are impeccably clean and well cared for. horrible customer service,
was given a price sheet with included amenities. I filled out the online application paid the fees, went in to the office just to confirm everything only to have them tell me certain amenities isn't included. paid a non refundable $55 fee. its sad when they just make up stuff just you lure you in for $55

I'd love to write up a giant letter on this but ill just keep it short, simple. 4 month initial move in delay do to construction delays. Leaking dishwasher that ruined cabinets, Hole in the side of the house that was getting rained into during the monsoon seasons causing the baseboard to turn brown. I was told it was fine and it would "dry" by the maintenance team. If I hadn't been so adamant about there being an issue and that answer being unacceptable it would have never been found. I had to call for weeks and get the manager of the complex's manager to get a actual professional out to find the hole in the side of the house. During all of this basically had my house a construction zone with no compensation. Outside of this the layout of the 1 and a half bedroom worked well for me and my dogs and the complex was quiet and peaceful. Lorie (sorry if I spelt it wrong) the person in charge was quite nice and wasn't around during most of the chaos I listed above. When she was around she was always understanding and eager to help.

The maintenance staff is awesome at in this complex, we submitted a problem with our water heater and the gentleman was in and out within 5 minutes! I can’t believe I’m spacing on his name already.. but the beard was quite memorable. I believe his name was Rylan, but I could be off. Pay what you must to in order to keep this man around, he is a fantastic people person and even better at the job.

This is my first experience living on my own, and it has been amazing! The community is so quiet and clean - I can even enjoy walking my dog outside of the community and feel safe. I have been here about 8 months now, and I haven't had any major problems. The ladies at the front office and maintenance are very friendly and have always replied to me right away and resolved my issues in a timely manner. Hands down the best community to live in.

This is a great place to live, maintenance is super quick and helpful, and Laurie Ainza in the office as well. She is very professional, answers all questions in a timely manner and she is very respectful and kind. I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and never ran into any issues in my home. These little town homes were perfect for me and my two kids, this is definitely a place to consider when looking for living.

My girlfriend Kim and I are very pleased with the high level of professionalism from Laurie Ainza. It is a busy time for her and her staff with many people moving in but despite how busy they are Laurie was very helpful and kind in the emails we were using to communicate back and forth. Her helpful and kind demeanor extended to more than just the emails. When we finally met her in person she was there to greet us with a smile. Laurie is a very honest up front person which, in our view, is highly respectable and appreciated in this day and age. We are excited to be moving into this community and would recommend this community to anyone who asks.
