I didn't rate this visit five stars due to the difficulty in finding assistance. I had to ask the cashier for help. After waiting approximately five minutes, I was finally able to get the attention of an employee who had been conversing with another employee for the fifteen minutes I was in the store. The employee then came over to assist me.

Everytime I come here I don’t feel the wow experience. I work for ace hardware. But turning a customer away three mins before u close is unacceptable customer service will be going to Clark summit for propane from now on.

Purchased the same prodouct 3 days apart (2/4/25 & 2/7/25). It depends on who checks you out on whether you can use coupons on certain products. One day the person says the coupon works, the next person says it doesn't. No one is on the same page. The girl at the service desk didn't even give me a chance to show her my last purchase receipt before moving on shrugging me off. Poor service. Apparently you do what you want when privately owned.

Needed under rv propane tanks filled. Found this Giant Ace hardware store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff took care of us in a jiffy. This store also has a large rv section. Good sales items. It's just a great store to walk around in. You’re sure to find something you need. Awesome big parking lot.

Unfortunately one of the only stores around that doesn’t price match. Was looking to price match another local brick and mortar store locally on an item (that was not a sale price) but the other store was $12 cheaper at regular price. The owner seems to just love money too much. He raises his prices at his grocery store in the summer too because he knows he can make money on the tourists that come to the area. Very unfortunate.
