rave to Lori for her great customer service! called 6 different places before calling rons ace rentals to find an interstate battery to fit my car. everyone else said they didn't have one and just hung up. Lori took the time to call and see if one was available and got it to me that afternoon.

Had a annual D.O.T and front brake pads replaced. Carl did an awesome job. Didn't take long and the Bill was cheaper than I thought. They even took me home and picked me up when my truck was finished. Quality of service and customer service was A1!! I will be a life long customer!

I broke down on the I-80 and had to get towed to this repair shop. I had lost almost every lug nut on a front wheel that would have ended in a tragedy I’m sure. To make a long story short, these guys had my parts ordered before I got there and took me all over town to find a new rim. They were nothing short of professional. The didn’t have to help me like they did, but they did anyway. These guys get five stars for being excellent in service and quality. If I ever have problems there again, these guys will get my dollars.

Ron and his workers fixed us up when we were in a tight spot with our RV. His years of experience definitely showed, and they were great at problem solving and working as a team. They got us in and out in a timely manner, and their rate was very reasonable. Highly recommend this establishment!

Solenoid/starter went out on our Class A diesel pusher motorhome! Limped into Rock Springs, WY, and after numerous phone calls, was referred to Ron's! Best referral ever! They ordered our part, got it in next day at 8am and had us back on the road before noon! Terrific diesel tech, Carl! Great customer service, Caius (probably misspelled!) Thank you, Ron and team!

Excellent service. Ron is a nice and generous guy, an asset to the community! He helps the Boy Scouts of America on their Eagle Projects, and other community activities! His staff has always been kind and helpful as well. I am new to the community, and I am glad there are people like this.

unsafe equipment lag bolts holding tires together brakes shake the load off the forks while you stand on them to stop.
greedy charges for a month 28 days and doesn't care if he loses the busdiness.
telehandler will hurt or kill someone one of these days. to cheap to buy tires or do mantainance. Go to Wyoming rents and get equipment from this century

We were passing through Rock Springs from out of town and needed help with a part for our hitch pulling a travel trailer. These guys bent over backwards to help us and went the extra mile. These guys are professionals and have a wealth of knowledge!
