Great place to get items you need. Worked for the company years and this is the best store to work at out of the 4 I have worked at. We’re always happy to help! Also DOWNLOAD THE APP. I see a lot of comments about the prices being a lot, the coupons within the app can remedy some of the prices within the store. We are more than happy to help set up an account for you. You just need a smart phone.

The staff are nice, the store is well stocked, prices are high but on par for Montclair. I don't usually write google reviews. I am here to give my neighborhood ACME the lowest possible rating for one reason: I believe that items on sale are deliberately not updated in their electronic system, to reflect the sale price at register. It happens time and time again. I believe it's systemic and deliberate. The staff are generally quite good, this is an issue that should be reported to Acme corporate, assuming they don't know and endorse this skimming tactic already. Check your receipts every single time before leaving the store.

There were two of my items missing from my pick-up order. I realized the error when I already arrived home. When I called customer service, they found the two items that were missing from my order and asked me to come pick them up. It was a pick-up order; but if the store made an error, it would be nice to offer to deliver the item when delicery service is also an option. I was already home for the evening so I just told the customer service rep I will take the refund. I also never received an apology. Nice people- but not the best customer service in this experience.

Jessica at front desk charge me twice, then explain afterwards that my refund would take three to seven days to be returned to my card. Truly unwarranted practices by the ACME store. This needs to change immediately. It also took me over 15 minutes to see a store Management. Way to long for explanation or proper assistance. If they all hadn't been chatting between themselves at first, they could have avoided this mistake and lingering assistance issue. Please review the store video to get a better understanding for future customer care.
Praying for much better results in the future at this location. 🙏🏾✝️

Unhappy with quality of some prepared food. Management reached out. I assume i will be taken care of but I will still be avoiding these items. Otherwise, nice store and shopping experience.

They didn't have the 1 thing I was looking for but got everything else. Staff all around the store were friendly & helpful. Prices a bit higher than Shop Rite. Floral dept was beautiful & festive

Usually a wonderful store

Today 10/5/2024 my order was missing half of the items. Fire the idiot that can't even deliver groceries.
It took SO MUCH TIME to correct error made by the store. --and you want a delivery fee and tip. Unacceptable service.

Much better than the A&P!
I almost always find what I came for! Store is clean, fairly well stocked, and has an intuitive setup.
Quality of the stock, across the departments, is reasonably good.
Try it. You'll like it!
