What I ordered versus what I got. When I called to tell her I wanted a refund, she refused and literally told me I got my money's worth. I think not! Worst experience ever. P.S. I see the owners response and she is literally telling absolute lies. How can she say what I received is not what they sent my mother when I literally have a picture of what it looked like right after it was delivered. I never told her I loved the arrangement and even my mother called to let her know it was not up to standards of what I paid for or what I ordered. She also told my mother she would refund me 20$ which is horrible for a 119$ arrangement and she hasn't done that. Luckily I disputed it on my credit card so thankfully I didn't pay for this ugly arrangement. Don't use these people guys. She's rude, condescending, and it's bad business. If she's proud of that arrangement she sent then maybe it's time to call it quits.

I called Adana Florist to place an order for a very special floral arrangement for a funeral. I had never used them and had no information about the florist but the floral lady advised me about a lovely “Peace Lily” she had and even sent me a picture to see. I made the decision to go with her advice and she made it look even more beautiful. My son sent a picture and it is very lovely and the recipients were very delighted with its appearance. Ordered a prom corsage, she showed me a picture of what she could do and that I loved. The lady didn't order the flowers in time I'm assuming so she substituted with some fake flowers to "get the look" I want. She did not let me know, and I also wanted them on a certain bracelet which she did not do as well. I got charged for ALL real flowers, and extra because she put more roses in the corsage than what the pictured showed and did NOT make me aware of the extra charge. Will not go back, I also had to wait 3 times for her to come to the store. She would never be there. Charged me $65 which I had no problem paying if it was for what I had order/wanted.
