I’ve been shopping here for 20 years and know the staff. I didn’t have my reading glasses on when I thought I purchased rams canopies. They loaded them in my car and when I arrived home and went to unload, I notified I made a huge mistake- they were chargers team canopies! I immediately went back to the store and spoke with the owner, he agreed to a full refund this one time because sales are final but understood my mistake. Another staff member was by my side when the owner agreed. I then went back to the front register to proceed with my refund when the clerk had to call the back office to confirm I was allowed the refund. The clerk placed the phone on speaker and owner said NO and said have a nice day and hung up! I went to the back office and knocked on door to no avail. Coward didn’t have the decency to come out and talk to me. I called my credit card company and canceled the card and explained the situation, the charge was pending and bank clerk assured me they will not allow the charge to go through and will mail me a new card. This man messed with the wrong woman.
He is from a country that woman are not respected or allowed to have a voice.
I will never shop there again and I hope you think twice before buying from a company that doesn’t put the customer first. I left all the merchandise at the store and drove off. There are more outlet stores all over town to get discount items from and will shop elsewhere.

very nice. a lot of stuffs can be chose. seems it’s a Costco outlet. we bought a Dockers’ pant with quite high quality at a very low price, less than $10. Worth money!

i purchased some furniture from this place the quality of the furniture was amazing and the delivery was on time. staff is always friendly and helpful, they have good variety of products. always clean and stocked, with a vast verity of stuff you need for daily base and the prices are very reasonable and some stuff have additional discounts 0n it. i would definitely recommend this place to shop for all your home goods.

Items cost almost the same as in a regular store and the customer service sucks! A lady that's usually always there has bad customer service. She makes you feel uncomfortable and makes you not wanto go back.

Being a warehouse that sells returns and / or out of season items…I thought for sure they would not let me return the dog bed that I purchased. My mom lives in the area, we love to go to all the warehouses. A couple of weeks ago, my fiancé and I bought a dog bed and brought it back home to Vegas. When we pulled it out of the trunk and put it in our house, we noticed that it smelled like urine. We opened it up and had noticed pee stains on the inside where the foam is. I contacted Adelco right away via Instagram, not really expecting anything…just wanting them to be more aware of what is put out on their sales floor. Someone responded to me right away, I was told to bring it back and get a replacement. The customer service was excellent! I can’t think them enough. We were able to get back from Vegas after a couple of weeks and exchange the old dog bed for a new one. Thanks Adelco!
