Bought two batteries there in three days. First one was for my dad. Installed by Amanda I believe was her name. She went above and beyond preparing his truck for the new battery. I was so impressed that when my battery gave me trouble I drove from one town away to get mine there. Very pleased with the service they provided.

Good day . . . I just wanted to thank George at the Pilot Mountain store. He went above and beyond the call as we completely lost all dashboard lighting as we were heading north into our the WV turnpike.

George helped us so much in identifying the “problem” fuse which turned out not to be a problem. Somehow our rheostat got bumped and blanked our dashboard lights. George patiently helped me troubleshoot both engine bay and internal mini fuses until he found the root cause of the problem.

I am an amputee. An my oil light has came on in my truck an I still had almost 60 miles to go I could not get out of my truck I called them they brought my oil out to me which was on sale by the at a great price. One of the staff put the oil in for me I really appreciated that it will be my go to place from now on great costumer service an very friendly staff

Sent my son to return a $10 can of spray paint and he came home and said they do not accept spray paint can returns. I called up there and the young lady said it looked like it was used, I asked her if she looked and it and she said “yes, there was spray paint all over the can”

I told her I don't see how considering it was never used. She said my son could come back up there and return it. I told her it wont be today but tomorrow. I am just frustrated that she lied, bc if she really looked at it she could easily see that it was never used.

I give a 1 star because they want even let you use the bathroom so we're you supposed to go when you all ready was driving 1 hr from work and needed a part and they was your first stop well let me just say I left and went to orally next door got my part and great news they had a bathroom thanks advance I want be back and this is were I have went to since day 1

Leaving another 1 star review in regards to the pilot mountain nc store and there manager who has called me liar in the past. I spoke with a few great people at corporate who managed to talk me into giving the store another chance which I did and dealt with other employees until I had issues with employees that was unable to help with something as simple as locating the correct lug nut I needed for a aftermarket application. But the last straw was after buying parts online and not being able to pick them up at the store after they was paid for. The manager had a fellow co worker that didn’t appear to be working this night ask me to leave and commented I was a very hard person to deal with. All while the manager said she didn’t have time to handle my issue. This left me with a truck down and no parts in hand that I’ve paid for. I would love to speak with someone about this issue other than an employee at this store.

The manager is never nice to anyone. The amanda girl needs to treat customers with respect. This is not just one visit, it's everytime I go in there. I have heard alot od bad customer service here from friends and family.

I don't get people who leave 1* reviews but have yet to go into detail on why they left the review in the first place, I can assure you Luis Gonzales, whoever that is has never set foot in Advance Auto Parts and for the person who said that they never get anything right, my friend that sounds like a personal issue, if you want the right parts come in with your Year, Make, and Model, if you don't know the year make or model of your vehicle simply provide them a VIN or license plate number, there's a difference between you being slow and people doing there jobs 🙂
