If you go to Downey or ever went to Downey, you have definitely been here. They have a very nice selection of snacks and drinks, as well as helpful things like phone chargers. Almost every day while I went to Downey I'd come here for a quick snack before or after school. Whenever I'm in the area, I know I can trust this place to provide a good snack.

The male clerk was not friendly. While he was waiting on me, he never said anything to me and stayed talking on his phone by way of his ear piece. Apparently, his conversation was more important than running a business and doing his job. In addition, I bought a lottery ticket and just tossed it to me. He actually never made eye contact with me. I probably will not go back there, that is a shame, since it is close to were I live. Sad

My family has gone to Ajs forever and it's always got good options and the staff is fairly friendly. The only problem is high school students blocking the parking lot and just in the way and being rude.

Would be 4 stars but they always cry over 2 pennies sometimes I can't purchase a beer if I'm short 2 freaking cents come on and I go there everyday spending $6 or more.
