I got my flight school class plaques done here. I was given a reasonable time frame for the project to get done, and was very pleased with the results! I had an issue where the main header of the plaque was mislabeled (due to my own oversight during the proof process), but this was quickly corrected for no extra charge.

I’d absolutely use these guys again, their work speaks for itself!

They do a great job on engraving challenge coins. I had them do an engraving on a Staff Sergeant challenge coin with my name and date of rank. It was done perfectly just the way I wanted it and I definitely recommend to anyone that needs an engraving on a challenge coin to go to the Alabama Trophy & Gift

The staff was great. Needed a coin engraved in a hurry. Theybwere closing in two hours and I was from out of town leaving the following day.

Not only did they finish the coin before they closed, they added some wording to make it extra special for the occasion.

I am sure it was the owner I spoke with. Not only was he very helpful but so was the nice lady working in the store.

I would like to thank them for helping us on short notice.

I would go there again if I lived I lived in that area.

I would do business elsewhere. I went in and ordered trophies for a girls softball team. They were supposed to call when they were ready for pickup. Never got any kind of communication from them until a really nasty text message saying I need to come by and pay. Season had been over for more than a month at that point. I would have still come by to pay, but they decided to put a pretty nasty post on their Facebook page. I just wish they would put up the entire set of facts. They don’t deliver in time, but they want their payment quick, fast and in a hurry. The sad thing is I tried to pay it before I left the store so that it could have been picked up by any number of people without them being inconvenienced with having to pay for it. Very classless outfit, unprofessional, and can’t produce on time.
