Bought a great sweatshirt at this shop while on my Alaskan cruise two months ago. I lived in it! After I returned to home Alabama, I realized I should have bought my sister a sweatshirt, too.
I emailed the store and Alex responded right away with pictures of sweatshirts. I chose one to purchase. He called me at a specific time to take my credit card info, and shipped it that day. That's excellent customer service! Thank you Alex!

Great place to buy a your souvenirs to show off your Alaska travels. The t-shirts were inexpensive, and they had magnets, keychains, postcards, socks, pens, and more. The souvenirs are not locally made, but there are plenty of stores around if you desire locally made goods.

The Alaska Shirt Company is a very impressive store sell everything that you can wear on your body from any age. They also have a large sellection of souvenir for the house,personal use and other thing what are you looking for. They sell native Alaskan art and other things. Before you go there get discount book there's stands that has them it's free.

We stopped by on July 7th. We were very disgusted with the staff and customer service. They accused us of trying to use gift cards fraudulently. Our children were given gift cards by family members to use for the trip. The staff insisted there were no funds on the cards yet THEY kept cancelling and voiding the transaction. We could see them hitting the button on the screen. The manager (cashier 201 according to receipt) came over and was completely unapologetic and useless. He basically threw up his hands and did nothing. He also insisted there were no funds on the cards at which point I called on speakerphone and spoke with someone from the gift card company and they verified both cards were full and verified the balance and it was exactly what we told them the entire time. He just looked at us with a blank stare and again no "sorry for OUR mistake" nothing. I should have walked away but of course the kids were begging for their prized souvenirs. I paid myself and left. They were complete jerks and locally owned or not it is filled with cheap made in china souvenirs. Shop around many items can be found in these cities at other stores for better prices especially the "locally made jewelry". We went down the street and used the gift cards at another store without issue!

Tacky, mass-produced, cheaply-made garbage souvenirs. This store is wildly overwhelming due to its chaos and ridiculous amount of poorly designed and organized inventory.
I did not enjoy my visit and found much better souvenirs at small, locally-owned businesses instead.

Wonderful store to get your Alaskan souvenirs in affordable prices. Noteworthy is their restrooms that are super clean and they have water filling stations installed! Great pitstop
