ZERO STARS Very unprofessional, we placed an order for a dress for a xv it was not done on time. Dress looked nothing to how it was supposed to. Owner of the store was very unprofessional never contacted us about this. She had her worker do all the talking when we asked for the deposit back. Reason we asked for deposit back was because we were very unsatisfied, dress was very cheap and not done correctly and as I mentioned not even ready on time. I do NOT recommend this place. Will never go here AGAIN. I suggest to look elsewhere.

Doña Alicia and Ana very gracious and helpful. I’ve been going to them do alterations and bridal supplies for almost 20 years. Excellent work and delivered when promised.

The place is tiny, but their alterations and the women who work there are talented and know their stuff. We've rented several tuxes and my niece has purchased and altered a dress from there for prom. Anything that comes up or is amiss, gets resolved no matter what, and I appreciate that so much- someone who takes accountability and does their best to make it right, I appreciate! The only downside is, they take on allot of orders, really busy, so time is of essence- so plan ahead. 👌

My visit to Alicia's Boutique was an awesome experience all around because I didn't have to worry about going to different stores in order to find what I was looking for this boutique had it all like a all in one, the employees were excellent and like always it was a pleasure shopping there and we shop there pretty regularly and I still haven't found a place better than this.
