I've always liked this shop. I've always spent my money here when I need to buy a new piece. They have a great selection of cbd products I have been enjoying. However. Today I went in to purchase a cbd pen as I usually do and I was told what I was buying was cbd and when I got to my car and looked. It's not cbd. It's a bunch of wierd delta nine stuff. So I went back in to return it saying the guy sold me not what I asked for and the guy tried to tell me what I bought was cbd. And it's not. It's says no where on the packages ita cbd. And the ingredients are hemp derived stuff, none were cbd. No matter hiw many times I tried to explain this I was met with answer that make no sense. I was not able to return and honestly was not treated like a person who spends money here. Will never go here again.
It was simple. You sold me something saying it was one thing and when I tried to return it cuz its not what you said it was. I was met with attitude and not able to return. I have been going here for years but will never go here again. Of your looking for cbd. Make sure your read the packaging as the ppl behind the counter have no idea what they are selling. Literally clueless.

That package is not cbd. It does nor say cbd anywhere. I'm not sure why he sold this to me when I asked if it was cbd. I feel like I just waisted 35 bucks, cuz I dont want delta 9. I want cbd. He was trying to say it was illegal to sell thc and I said I kno. Which is why I'm looking for cbd. And he sold me delta 9.

Used to be dope but had a 5 dollar reward even showed the guy the message saying I did. Say system right in front of me idk. Lame customer service and I send a ton of customers their way but no more. Might as well take your business down the road to buddies. They’ll hook you up and more selection

Place sucks , I bought a geekbar and it had no flavor the 3rd day when it said it still have 87% juice , that’s never happend to me they all usally last till 0 has me thinking there selling fakes , do not go here for the geek bars I can’t speak for anything else but for geek bars go to a real shop

I came in to check out the humidor last week and ended up getting a myself a few cigars, I’m impressed with the selection. The only downside is they’re definitely way over priced compared to my online source but still kind of glad they’re here local just in case I unexpectedly run out and just need to grab a good stick or two.

The owner Max is a super nice gentleman, he’s always super helpful, informative and kind. I always appreciate excellent customer service. The two young gentlemen that work there as well (one of them has bleached hair) have awesome customer service as well. Go check this place out. It’s pretty nice inside they e got some cool different pieces. I’ve been shopping here for about 10 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. This shop feels welcoming to walk into.
