They have the BEST milkshakes. You can choose up to two flavors and the extra thick Chocolate + PB is absolutely delicious! I need to start trying more items from Al's other than just milkshakes.

I definitely recommend waiting in line this summer for an extra thick milkshake if you're a big fan of shakes! You'll thank me 🫡🫡

Really good ice cream. Prices very reasonable. You can get a quart of malted milk shake! LOL That's too much for me.
Plenty of picnic style seating under an umbrella or on a bench in the shade. We got there around 3:30pm on a weekday. Speedy but pleasant service. Plenty of parking.

Outstanding soft ice cream cone! Huge doesn't begin to describe the serving and the vanilla I had was excellent from the first bite to the last. Other customers were enjoying this spot as well. 5 stars!

Wonderful people! Amazing Ice Cream at dirt cheap! One medium Cone is $3.57 and is as big as a large at other places! 10/10 Must Visit. Also Cookie sandwich is huge with fresh made cookies! Amazing!

Al's is my first ice cream shop since moving to Pittsburgh and no reason to go anywhere else! We started off with a couple of great, juicy hotdogs! My sundae was so large, I guess because of it's deliciousness it was easy to finish! The flavor and the portion sure beats where I came from. Thanks Al's.

Sad to saw I don’t have any pictures but holy moly the servings are humongous. We ordered smalls and couldn’t finish them. Excellent ice cream. My wife the dole whip. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. These guys really know what they are doing and take good care of you. Highly recommend!
