We were told dresses were buy one get one half off. After spending a lengthy amount of time shopping and trying things on we are told at the checkout the sale is only for full priced items. Would have been extremely helpful if they would have mentioned that seeing how we were in the clearance section with multiple dresses in hand.

I went in on Sunday with my niece to go shopping and had the worst experience ever at this store. She is 9 and wanted to try out different options and we were shot down by the one sales rep that was willing to talk to us and she made us seem like a bother. Nobody else talked to us and we had to get our own dressing room. Little did they know....they are losing business acting this way. This is unacceptable from a company that calls themselves a Christian store. I am very disappointed.

The store lead, Alyssa, went above and beyond to help me yesterday. She so kind to call the other LR location to ask if they had a skirt I really wanted in my size and even asked them to hold it for me. All of the staff here was kind and helpful, but Alyssa really went out of her way to help me. Both altar’d state locations in LR are great.

Stopped in with my husband on a trip to Hot Springs and was greeted by all of the staff on the floor. They were all very kind and eager to help! The store was very organized and neat, as well. The pricing on some of the products were a bit out of our budget, but the sale section did not disappoint. We will be back!!

My 14 year old loves this store. We live about 2 hours away, but manage to visit at least once per month. Love the clothes and love the employees. They are very friendly and helpful. Will return over and over again.

I love the other location but this one has some rude employees. The Chenal girls are very responsive and respectful, these girls are not. I did not receive the “ultimate experience” here. I will be returning to give this store another try in the future and will come i. with an open mind. Hope the staff changes or the manager gets a new attitude. I do not put up with people who stereotype or put down others. I witnessed employees stereotyping African American ladies who were just browsing. Definitely a red flag for someone who is like them but looked at differently because of clothing choices. Do better next time please!

This store is amazing!! I basically do all my clothes shopping here. The associates are so friendly and helpful; Hailey and Carissa always do everything they can to improve my day and put smile on my face. If I could give this store more stars, I would ?
