The Orange Beach Alvin’s Island is great and the customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s worth the extra drive. The employee in charge of returns at this location is extremely rude and does not understand their own store policy. She refused an exchange on a pair of woman’s shorts, and pointed to the policy that there is no exchange on bathing suits. There are many wonderful souvenir shops around this area, but this definitely isn’t one of them.

Huge selection of basically anything you could need! They also have tons of stuff that no one needs! Lol. Good beach essentials if your in need and also just a great shop to stop in if you want to kill time looking at all the fun merchandise! The prices are really good for being in a tourist location too. Highly recommend!

Nice little souvenir shop to hit up while visiting the beach! Very clean but kinda cluttered, offering jewelry, shoes, shirts, hats and other souvenirs to take back home for family. Store also had changing rooms. The staff was very nice and were willing to help with any of your needs. Just a little pricier than others in the area but a good one. One of the spots to hit on your way home or just a quick run for beach supplies.

If you are looking for souvenirs and other trip related memorabilia Alvin's island is a solid choice. This location had a good selection of local souvenirs as well as several name brands. Prices were as expected for a shop such as this however they did offer some discounts like buy one get one on select sweatshirts and "$" off others. Check out was a little chaotic as people were trying to check out from both ends but the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Out shopping today and wondered into Alvin's Island #19 here is Gulf Shores. They have several clothing racks with signs that read buy 3 and get one free. Some of the clothing had stickers and the others just had signs. I picked my 3 shirts all the same style just different colors along with the 4th shirt. Go to cash out and the cashier said that the items were not buy 3 get one free, asked another cashier to go with me the look at the sign he asked management and the claim that it had to have stickers but 4 others racks with different styles of clothes all had the either buy 3 and get one free and another had buy one and get one. Will not purchase from that particular store and will contact the BBB along with corporate. I also have pics of the signs. If you shop store 19 , pay close attention and take pictures of the sale signs or better yet, just shop somewhere else.

Wonderful lady and her daughter bought my Hello Panda crackers for me because they were too expensive for me to buy!! I can’t believe her kindness and I never even asked for her favor. She made my day, possibly my year! I pray blessings on her and her loved ones, she’ll never know how much her act of love impacted me. I wish I asked for her name ❤️?

Good souvenir shop with a lot of options. Pricing is competitive with the smaller shops but much cheaper than the other chains like SurfStyle and Ron Jon. Staff is helpful if you have any questions and their artist creating the custom shirts is very talented! Also, handicapped ♿ accessible with little effort- you just can't get upstairs.
