Before you depart from Newport Beach, make sure to stop by this chic and fashionable boutique. It's a treasure trove of high-end fashion, art, and home decor items. Whether you're drawn to exquisite perfumes, fine porcelain, or captivating art photography, you'll find it challenging to leave empty-handed. The meticulously curated selection is housed within a stunning building that serves as a magnificent tribute to the arts. I highly recommend exploring their unique perfume collection, which features extraordinary and unconventional brands. A visit here is highly recommended.

My friend is visiting me from Seattle. I took her to this store which is on her wishlist. We were expecting a perfect shopping experience but it was absolutely NOT! The dyed blonde hair staff open the gate without greeting but only saying “no photo in the store!!!” with really bad attitude. Excuse me ? Of course we respect all the store policies, but first thing for a customer should be warmly greeting, isn’t it? This lady totally ruin the all the other staff’s effort

The store has a chic, spacious vibe with a great selection, but our shopping experience was ruined by one employee. An older Asian woman with long, dyed blond hair acted in a way that felt discriminatory toward my pregnant friend (who shares her ethnicity), and seemed to be trying way too hard to fit in with a white standard.

At first, another employee welcomed us and let us browse comfortably. Then this older lady approached my friend out of nowhere and asked, “How did you get in? Is the door unlocked?” It felt really off. To make matters worse, she started following my friend around the store.

Her behavior made my friend uncomfortable and created a weird vibe for all of us.

If you're Asian or pregnant and want a normal shopping experience, I’d recommend skipping this place. And highly recommend this older lady to leave her own self-identity crisis at home instead of bringing into work.

Thank you for your response. I’m disappointed that you seem more focused on defending your business's image than addressing the discriminatory behavior I witnessed.

While you claim to "love your clients" and provide a "no pressure experience," my friend was singled out, questioned in a demeaning manner, and made to feel unwelcome. This is unacceptable, regardless of your years in business.

My intent was to raise a genuine concern, not to launch a personal attack. I hope this can be a learning experience to ensure all customers feel comfortable and respected in your store.

This is a well-known and unique shop for everything that you won’t find anywhere else.

Visit and see for yourself - the setting is one of a kind and don’t forget to notice the portholes set in the floor where you can peek down to the water below.

There is something for everything and for everyone - clothing, books, kitchen ware, home goods and other rare pieces.

Check it out and you’re bound to enjoy this historic spot

An exquisite boutique shop that carries high end to ultra high end clothing, accessories, shoes and everything in between. I can only speak for the men’s side which includes the row, visvim, jil sander etc as it’s womenswear focused. Impeccable curation that you may not find anywhere else. Beautiful space and layout as well.

Having been to shops like The Row, high end stores tend to have staff that are a bit dismissive but amarees staff still let me try stuff on both times I’ve been and answered my questions. Just wish they would just let me browse instead of following me everywhere like I’m going to steal something 😬(I was dressed fairly well 🥲).

I get it, the merchandise is all quite expensive well into 5 digits for some and I’m sure they get a lot of window shoppers too.

At the end of the day, it’s a beautiful store with an insane selection for those who can afford. I’m just glad a shop carries the row/visvim in OC.

If you want to be treated like a queen, shop at A’maree’s. The clothing is a unique, high end, fashion driven statement, and the people who work there are fun! It’s a beautiful boutique with a waterfront view. I was sipping delicious refreshments while the staff helped me put different looks together. I finished my drink while watching the sunset over the ocean. You can tell the people who work there love what they do. Super fun experience! Tip: Plan enough time to spend a few hours there, and bring a few friends. There’s a beautiful seating area outside when you need breaks.

A myriad of exquisite and fashionable offerings! I read a wonderful backstory before visiting, and it extinguished any amount of intimidation I may have imagined. Grace was a delightful assistant, being warm and welcoming. I left, very pleased with my purchase, and hoping to return on my future visits to Newport Beach.

Great store with good selection! You can find everything from Celine to Jil Sander . Nice spot with Harbour view as well.
