I was hoping for more with Amazon Fresh, but unfortunately, the deals just aren't competitive enough to make it worth my while. I'd suggest checking out a local market and signing up for their club card instead – you’re likely to find better prices and promotions.
Additionally, I found that many staff members were not very knowledgeable about the store layout, products, or current sales. It was frustrating to ask for help and receive unclear or inaccurate information. Given that it’s a grocery store, I would expect the team to be more familiar with the inventory.
On the positive side, the integration with my Amazon account is convenient, allowing me to easily use my QR code for a seamless shopping experience. They also offer hot food but didn’t get it this time. However, the overall shopping experience at Amazon Fresh left much to be desired.

Update: Thank you, the store manager turned the charger back on, we can re established relations with this branch again, getting my groceries and Amazon packages.

Okay Amazon we know you are missing around with the free Volta fast chargers, and we are upset.

Nice quick meal options Amazon on this location has no microwave to buy to eat right away. Will not buy then
Can you please return the seating area.
I don’t use it much but sometimes I would like to grab something to eat and seat.
You first removed the out side seating , then shrieked the one inside and I find out to day you just removed it all to gather 😢 😤

Love Love shopping here! I like being able to put things in their self checkout shopping cart. You can find items soo cheap! I love grabbing the free fruit for my kid. You can get either bananas, apples or mandarins. When you’re done finding the discounts and lowest prices, you simply press checkout on the cart and walk thru this dash line and you’re items are all paid. No need to empty your cart to scan and then put it back in the cart, no pulling your CC out to pay and pressing anything! Parking is always available and staff is always nice and patient.

Also, love getting $10-$15 off when you shop in store. There’s always a coupon on their weekly shopping ad, so be sure to grab it and scan it to save more money!

Best place for a single parent who’s on a budget!

I really like this store but hate the location. Parking lot has plenty of room. I go here when I have a return to get the $10 off my grocery order. The sales are good and the prices are close to Albertsons.
I like the cart that checks you out and gives you the total as you go along. The store is always clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have never been there when it is busy so its a nice store to shop in with little noise and crazy customers.
Everyone is very helpful if you can't find something.
The return center is quick and friendly also.

I always do my shopping at the Irvine branch, which is close to my house. I stopped by this branch on my way to my friend's house. The store is a bit small, but it still has everything you need. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

I used to come here quite often after work for the hot food bar because of the great prices and selection of some healthy and tasty options, but a while back the prices changed from per box to per weight. What used to be a $10 dollar meal quickly changed to $20 and it's just not worth it.

This location was probably losing money on the hot food bar, but it was one of the only things that kept me coming back and using the store to buy groceries. Hard to come by a decent affordable hot meal these days!

Hi there! I’m was try to buy today 1 item with app, I’m used the in store code, but kassier told me about identify, my physical card not with me. Why we using app, and qr code, why I needed identify? Why I needed use app if I need every time identify? This rules only for me or for all the people?
