*This review is not incentivized* I do a lot of online shopping and never really review companies because frankly the experiences are either mediocre or terrible. I recently placed my first order from Ambiance and not only was the shipping extremely fast and the customer service response exceptional but I was truly blown away by the packaging. I’ve been going through a really difficult time and the thoughtfulness and sentiment of what the kind staff included in the package was unexpected and exactly what I needed at the time. There are not many instances when companies take my breath away but today was one of them and now I’m a guaranteed return customer. My sincere thanks and gratitude to a wonderful staff/company that went above and beyond to make customers feel special.

I haven’t written one of these in a decade, but after my shopping experience at Ambiance yesterday, I feel impelled to shout out Cat and Caleigh for their amazing customer service. They made me feel so comfortable in the store and went above and beyond to pick pieces that would flatter my body type and look. I ended up purchasing amazing new denim I never would have selected on my own thanks to their help and enthusiasm. It’s a rare thing to find a store packed with so many beautiful pieces AND employees that seem to genuinely love their job- can’t say enough great things about those two! Thank you!

My Go-To for events, travel, and wardrobe staple pieces. My favorite clothing items (and ones my husband loves as well) were purchased here. I worked in clothing in my teens and was trained in the old-school style of sales - actually greeting the customer (not yelling from across the store) and assisting customers with sizing/showing them additional items (not just waiting at the register to ring them up), and so I really appreciate that Ambiance executes this wonderfully. A few times I have left the store with suggestions from the sales girls that have ended up being some of my favorite pieces. I have brought out-of-town friends here the last couple of years who commented on their appreciation of the vibe, customer service and freedom to shop as they felt comfortable. My daughter needed a last minute dress for a dance, so I brought her to Ambiance and relaxed as the sales girl
assisted her in finding the perfect dress in under 10 minutes. Also, as a local mom, I appreciate that the store is always generous when it comes to giving back to the community and causes that are near and dear to my heart.

The layout of this store is so amazing and the clothes and jewelry they carry are beautiful things that you can't find anywhere else in town so I love coming here for that reason. I got a dress for an upcoming wedding that fits perfect! The stylists that work there are also so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place, well worth the visit!

This is my absolute favorite boutique in San Luis Obispo. They stock a great assortment of brands and price points and the best jewelry selection in town. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. This store reminds me why online shopping cannot replace an in-store shopping experience. It's such a fun outing every time I visit.

I love Ambiance! Superb style, amazing/helpful staff, a great selection of all my favorite brands, awesome candles & giftable items, and they send me a birthday coupon in the mail that I adore. I stop by a couple times a month, and I tend to buy myself a Free People dress each month. The staff are very attentive and helpful with stylizing wardrobes. I recommend Ambiance not only for every day wear, but also for special occasions. Not to mention, thier accessories have completed multiple of my outfits. Thank you, Ambiance!
