Josh B in the deli is an amazing employee very friendly and made selecting the right Virginia baked ham an easy experience for me. I look forward to many delicious ham sandwiches thanks to my buddy Josh who always provides prompt service with a smile.

No longer coming to this store for grocery shopping as they keep shutting off the self checkout earlier and earlier for no reason at all. Aldis is too close with way better pricing to be coming here if I also have to interact with humans while I am out. I don’t like people and only paid these ridiculous prices because I could skip the dog and pony show. If I have to interact at least I can still bag my own groceries at Aldi. Is this managements decision? Worried about shoplifting… the place is dead in the evenings and seem to have plenty of employees to have one stand to monitor the self checkout… is it the employees decision to close it early? They always seem so eager to try to close up for the night, it’s understandable to want to go home but trying to close up shop hours before closing time?! At least that one miserable lady that seemed to be in her 50s is gone that was always at the customer service desk and would literally ignore every customer for 10 minutes at least, she would ALWAYS HE PRETENDING to count cash ALL DAY literally every time I seen her she was in that separate room pretending there was no customers in line

Nice local grocery store that has a wonderful selection of items. Surprised to see they added beer sells now. Which is awesome. Worth a visit.

I used to shop here but the police are fining people for having tinted windows. So now I go to Walmart. Wish I could support local business but police need donations more than allowing locals to support businesses.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I have been shopping here for 20+ years and they do not stand by their products. Bought this meat on 3/20 with a sell date 3/21, by 3/22 solid white color. Instead of the manager saying so sorry, let us replace it, he could care less. I guess Giant Eagle just got a new customer.

New season of Pepsi 🥭 and I bought my first bottle today...after I took a healthy first drink...the expiration date and the taste of a completely flat pop...very disappointed and not acceptable. A few days or even a month past expire date but 7 months to be? How does this happen. I work in convenience store setting as a General Manager...I have a system in place that would never let an expired product go anywhere past 10 days let alone 7 months. Shame on Shop n Save and shame on the Pepsi vendor who stocks and or writes their weekly order. 28 weekly visits didn't catch this.
