I absolutely love this shop. This is my most recent purchase - a heavy solid sterling silver Tiffany bangle bracelet (numbered limited edition) and I got it for about 1/5 of the original price if I had bought it new from Tiffany's. It has a few minor wear marks but nothing noticable. Within days of wearing it I got 3 offers from people who wanted to buy it right off my wrist for upwards of $750! Needless to say I didn't sell it! I do silversmithing work so I buy a lot of scrap silver and they have tons of it and don't mind a bit that I acid scratch test each piece.

The only negative thing I somewhat agree with from other reviewers is that the staff can seem dismissive or downright rude. But this is just because they are so busy and all you have to do is be respectfully assertive. Decide what you want to see before you ask to see it, especially the fine jewelry. I'll select up to a dozen pieces of fine jewelry before I ask to see them and usually they are happy to negotiate prices and especially bundle items - I have gotten bundles of 7 or 8 sterling silver jewelry items, usually hallmarked designer (Tiffany, Lagos Caviar, Cartier, Samuel Benham) for less than half of the ticket price.

My only caution is don't sell them anything you want back. It is not a pawn shop and you can't redeem items. But they do give you a fair price for what you sell. Since I buy job lots at auction to repurpose for my jewelry making I end up with things I can't use - like 10k gold rings with a lot of baguette diamonds - and I exclusively sell these to this shop. I get a good price, they fix the item up and sell for a reasonable price. I would be a bit lost without the services provided at this shop.

I never had a problem with Fernando or anyone else in the store. I stop in every so often when I am in the intersection. I bought my 3 pianos and laptop there and they all still work great..

The staff is up front and honest. You may not like what they offer but they have a business to maintain. If you need money quick and have something of value expect to get know more of half off what the lowest the item ever sold for on eBay. However they have some great deals in store with a lot of different items. They also cut a better deal if you buy something at the same time you sell something to them.

Has an amazing selection of guitars, amplifiers, and accessories. If I hadn't known it was a pawn shop I would have thought it was a well stocked music store. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

So they have no electronics right now. But they had the nerve to only offer me $60 for my laptop, but they gave my gf $200 for an older laptop that didn't come with a charger. They're getting cheap with buying and raising their prices.

I called to inquire about a couple things from there store. I first asked to see if they carried any cell phones. The guy replied no and then I asked what kind of TVs do you have. The gentleman on the phone asked another work associate of what kind of TVs we have and the other gentleman in the background said "we have get your lazy ass down here kind of tvs." Joking around or not that was very unprofessional and a piss poor act of an employee. Never going there again

They have a good selection of guitars and video games. The prices are pretty reasonable. You can also buy bikes here but they are a bit pricey for me.
