I chose this location assuming they had a bigger selection than the one by my house. Learned that they are all the same but the difference for me is the service. Janice took so much time in helping me select my frames and giving me great suggestions that I can use in the future. She's very knowledgeable about her job and making me feel as if I was the only one there. She didn't rush me in making a selection which I liked because I can be real indecisive when it comes to picking out frames. I will definitely be back to this location on the future. Very happy with my selection

Janice was very respectful. Kind pleasant professional nice sweet person. She help me and my son out today with everything and whatever questions. That we had to ask of her I will tell anyone to come to America's Best and get Janice to help them.

We went here for my daughter's eye exam. The doctor was AMAZING!!! We totally love him. He made it fun for kids.
The customer service is definitely amazing. Everyone is nice here. The glasses varieties are also amazing. We have a hard time choosing it because we want all 😂
Overall, definitely worth it to go here.

The staff at America's Best, 214 S Wabash in Chicago is terrific. The greet you with a warm greeting, seat you in waiting area briefly before being attended to. The eye doctor was very professional and attentive. After the exam, you are able to select eye glasses from a wide array of frames. The checkout process went very smoothly and several options such as len's variations was offered. I would recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, I took a friend with me to his appointment and he was just as satisfied.

I am writing to say that the employee named Jen is a significant asset to America’s Best South Wabash Avenue store. Jen was able to be efficient in the office—given the demands of working in an office with fluctuating customer presence—while also being able to assess and give significant, personalized direction on the specific needs I had. This skill should not be overlooked as it allows each customer Jen works with to be heard and assisted with an intentionality that almost requires me to only give business to this eye store. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Jen, and, in the happenstance that these reviews are read over for promotional or salary increase considerations, Jen is well-deserving of both. Thank you.

There just isn't enough room but I'll start here. Tenure - I haven't been to the Wabash location in a while but to see Dr. Zidel after 10+ years and he remembered me after I asked if he still cycles warmed my heart in a major way and that speaks volumes about the America's Best brand and people culture. Patience and Customer Service - My most recent two visits were filled with kindness, laughter and patience. Apologies that I don't have names but the folks that close on Monday nights are the crew who are the illustrative example of exceptional customer service and knowledge base confirmation. I'm so happy my job is downtown again so that I can continue with great eye care service from America's Best...with emphasis on BEST!

I’ve been going to America’s best for several years now and each time I’ve had a great experience. This past appointment was swift and staff explained things thoroughly. While the selection of frames can be somewhat minimal for men’s, i found a pair that I really love. BIG shoutout to Maria for helping me pick a pair that suited me and having amazing customer service.

My only disappointment was that America’s Best doesn’t have a great policy for glasses that get scratched. Luckily I was able to send in my previous frames but it’s unfortunate I couldn’t get the scratches buffed out.
