There is no need to be nasty to your customers. We have a business and they never greeted us and and than went on to say we need a tax id. Of course we do have a tax id as we own a business and would happily fill out the paperwork.

Zero customer service. No wonder the place looks like it’s going out of business. This is why places like this fail. Rude workers. Should be fired!

Went to another wholesale place down the road and spend over 1k. Much nicer and much better selection.

I I really loved that place. I thought staff would remember me since I’m a regular and have spent plenty of dollars there, but today I experienced something I never thought I ever would there. I went to the back as usual and started collecting items I needed until one of the managers came rushing back and asked to take my things in the front (which has never happened before) the thing is there were plenty of customers with 2 and 3 carts and he bypassed them and felt the need to ask to bring my things up front. And it wasn’t like he was just passing through to get a job done he came to the back as if someone suspected theft and complained. You shouldn’t worry about folks stealing unless you see them actually exiting the store with product. I hate to pull the race card but yes! I was the only black and always am the only black when I go there.🤷🏾‍♀️ I later went to the front and told the clerks that there are other people in the back of the store that may need help getting their carts collected to the front too.
