Perfect experience. Rented my 10yr Olds tux and measurements were perfect, no alterations needed. Staff was so helpful and our first tux rental experience was so easy, with everything else to worry about, the tux was a no worry at all.

This lady charged me $100 for this “fitted suit” and I didn’t even take it ! No type of customer service, no type of help! Never coming here again 👎 never recommending, I hope she’s happy with the $100 for nothing !

Very unprofessional my cousin purchased a dress and the lady told her to bring it the day before to get it steamed and now the lady is telling her no. I called and she told me that her steamer is out getting serviced. Why in the hell would you tell someone to bring the dress if you knew that your machine wasn't going to be in. Plus she is charging for a petite coat that should have been included with the price of the dress. Very very unprofessional and the only reason they are even getting a star is because I have to

Very unprofessional & very rude towards their customers. My girlfriend went in to get a prom dreams but then the school just released the dress code and turns out the dress she got violated it (open back) so they went to go and get their money back to get another dress but the owner said that there was a “no refunds or exchanges” policy, which she never even told us about. The dress is still in the store, untouched and not even tailored yet. If you’re looking for a dress I would recommend buying/renting it somewhere else, they really need to fix the way they treat their customers.

Wouldn’t recommend this place I ordered my wedding dress and when it came she ordered wrong size was very disappointed cause she ruined my special day had to get something from the rack that didn’t fit at all and top of that she still wanted to charge me extra for that dress

Super unprofessional. Expects the customer to make a decision the day of and stops helping you if you go in another day. Rude attitude. Buyers beware. Do not trust Angel’s Bridal for any big life occasion
