I went to your ARCO gas station and noticed your prices are much higher than other places. For example, Chevron, which is right across the street, only charges 30 cents for hot water (any size), but ARCO charges $1.99 just for an empty paper cup.

This doesn’t seem fair and makes me wonder if the management knows about these prices or if the cashiers set them. I hope you can review this and make the prices more reasonable. Thank you!

So if I could give zero stars I would but I can't. I came to this Arco and it said they will be back after shift change and it took about. Let's say 30 minutes because I drove around to find other gas stations or places that were open that sold energy drinks or coffee. Well, as returning to the highway since everything is closed in the Millbrae area, the two gentlemen were standing at the register talking saying they're not open that they are closed still 30 minutes later. Remind you then the dude proceeded to put a sign saying he will not be back until 6 AM.

How is that possible?

Then you're not open 24 hours for people to access The two gentlemen that are working there at this time between the hours of 2 o'clock in the morning should not have a job there if they're that lazy that they're gonna keep the store closed until 6 AM

I was beyond pissed at this point because I just got off a five hour flight from SFO and again everything is closed in this area for some weird reason

I should've took a picture of both the signs, but I didn't have my phone on me at the moment, but you can go check your cameras for the proof

It was 11:31 pm and I am disabled I asked to use the restroom the only guy in the store said it’s closed but they are open 24 hours.
I wonder if I should take it farther because it’s an ADA ISSUE LEGALLY

This is for Muslim people.
Do not eat breakfast sandwiches from here because there is ham inside the sandwiches which is made with pork.
Still there is no any warning about that and they doesn’t show in the ingredients that the sandwiches has ham made with pork.

I wish if I can give less one star for Female cashier been so rude she was trying to robbed me she’s overcharge me for 2 of pack of cigarettes 3$ each and was rude. Additionally, when i tried to return the cigarettes, they refused to provide a refund. It's important to address such issues with the store management or customer service to ensure fair treatment and resolution.

I dropped my wallet and they picked it up, I called them and a guy on the phone he even mentioned the color of my wallet. They had me go back and forth for four days. Finally manager Haidy said that she gave it to someone else… all BS…. BE ALERT THEY WILL STEAL ANYTHING FROM YOU!!!
