Prime steel is a great company to work with. The manufacture discount was a drawing point for me, but the service was excellent The staff definitely knows what good customer service means. They were patient and accommodating as we made adjustments to our order. Shout out to Mollie for all the time she spent to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.

Art's Prime Steel Structures came all the way to Georgia to rebuild half of my shop bigger and better than it was after a storm blew a tree into one side of it. The value that they provide cannot be matched by anyone around. I would highly recommend them, and have recommended them to anyone looking to build a metal building of their own.

Great company to deal with! I spoke with James who was my sales guy and he was with me from start to finish. Answered all of my questions, even my dumb ones without batting an eye. We had a mishap during installation and Art, the owner gave me a call to discuss everything and assured me that they would make it right. They stood behind their install and didn't waste any time in correcting the mistake (Less than 24H). *** UPDATE: Do not buy the insulation(or what they call insulation) they offer it was a waste of 5 grand. The summer time heat caused the insulation to shrink up and draw away from each other at the seams. Had it been installed properly this would not have happened. All they want to do is put tape on it at the seams and they have done that once before on one of the other seams and the tape won't hold. So I will not accept that as a fix. The gaps are worse now than when the pictures were taken. After going back and forth with PRIME and 5 STAR for months nothing has gotten done.

From the 1st contact call with Brandi to finally installation date(9/24/2024 Brandi was on top of everything. She answered every question about the metal structure I was looking at right down to every change request I made and showed with structure pictures of the final building. She gave me the down-payment info..I paid it and boom the contract signing time was about 20 minutes on line. Brandi also gave turned me over to Connie @ Allegacy Credit Union and in minutes I was financed..Wow also a incredible Company.
Then I called Brandi about the time frame and she talked with the co ordinator who said the week of the 23rd.
Along with Brandi there was Ashlieh, doing heads up a d gave the exact date of 9/24/ 2024. So9/23 I headed to SC..Ashieh called about 230pm while I was driving to SC and said the crew would be late the 23rd..(Look people no one does turn around time like this company) I went over the plans with SELVIN, about 8pm the 23rd.
The crew came to work about 730 . After getting the structure up the 24th I noticed that a change needed to be made so I could drive in the structure...I told Selvin ...He agreed...Then called Ashlieh ... she called and confirm the changes..
Wow, now you talk about a company that knows how to satisfy a client..(IN MY 78 YEARS ON THIS EARTH, I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED CS FROM NONE IN ANY KIND OF BUSINESS...Hey, I got followup emails, text and calls while work was in progress... And let me also say that the 3 young men were fast, professional, and super nice and the structure was fished at 4pm.Thats another wow for the crew.
After the job was done I got a followup call from BRANDI and she made sure that I was satisfied with everything...I know this is long, but we'll deserved and I must say to anyone who reads this.
I HIGHLY TO THE NTH DEGREE recommend Prime and Brandi if you want a good deal with incredible CS who do exactly what they say they will do. THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED🎯💯🎯

EXTREMELY unhappy with the color of our building. It’s not even close to what we were shown on renderings OR an actual building they did of that color. I specifically asked to see a building in the evergreen color they offer knowing that samples don’t always look like real life. The first picture is the rendering, then someone else’s building and ours last. The rendering and actual building were slightly off in color but we decided that was okay. Our building is nowhere near the color of the pictures. And now that our building is installed and paid for, we’ve been ghosted and haven’t gotten a response even when we asked why weren’t we shown the building in different lighting when we asked to see one. Clearly this company isn’t concerned once they’re paid. This isn’t cheap, and now we’re stuck with something we hate and have to look at everyday. If your buildings are drastically different looking in the sun and shade, then you should show customers both options. We would’ve NEVER chosen this color had we seen a picture that looked like this. The communication was good before the build, but it’s a huge red flag when you’re ignored after you paid. If we would’ve been happy with the color, I would’ve given 5 stars. But because we feel blown off and irrelevant now, that’s why I gave 2 stars.

From designing the garage to cleaning up after and everything in between. I would recommend this company to anyone. Really impressed with how well the crew worked the first day and into the night making sure everything was secure for possible incoming weather. Communication was great keeping me informed about the process and very helpful because I changed my design several times. Thanks again

Overall excellent experience! From the design to the ordering process to the installation, it was a very positive experience. They went out of their way to make sure that all our questions were answered, and the building was designed exactly how we wanted it. The quality is exceptional. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!
