I work here. It is a great place for service, a top notch mechanic staff and very knowledgeable parts department. You can order a new truck, buy one that is on the lot or rent different types of trucks. They have many different providers that can set up new trucks with almost any kind of specialty equipment. Parts department can get parts for most any need and can deliver parts too.
I love working here. We have a great staff and sell, in my opinion one of the better line of trucks out there.

A huge shoutout to Ascendance Truck Center in Lancaster, PA. Our RV broke down in PA on Route 283 at the Union Street ramp late afternoon on a Thursday. A young lady, Nicole, stopped to ask if we needed any help and said she worked for a trucking company. I asked if they worked on RV’s and she said, “in fact we do”. She was on her way to pick up her kids from school and pulled over to find out what our issue was. She could have just driven by but took the time to offer help. She was immediately on the phone with her company to see if they could help. We determined that our alternator went bad, and they gathered information and were promptly on top of it. We were in the process of contacting AAA (a nightmare in itself) and told her we would have the RV towed to their location. After she picked up her kids, she took the time once again to stop back and see if we were okay. Very few people are so helpful these days. We finally got a tow to the Lancaster location arriving just shortly before they closed. They directed us to a place where we could park the RV for the night and said they would get on it first thing in the morning, which they did. They tracked down a replacement alternator and the young man had it installed and up and running by 2:00 PM. He did a great job. They kept us informed all through the process and were exceptionally hospitable, offering us lunch while we waited. She and her company were our saviors. The facility was very clean and well organized. They even provided us recliners and a TV while we waited. I can’t praise them enough for the excellent and prompt service they provided to us. We are forever grateful. Thanks to Nicole for being there for us and thank you to the young man and all the staff that worked hard to get us on the road again. This company was awesome.

Hands down the best experience I've had with a shop ever. Very kind and professional. They set up a fast appointment and met me at my place where my truck was located and helped me work through the issues Dealing with Kevin and Anthony was a delight after having very bad experiences at other shops. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the worst place to take a truck to get worked on.
Not only did they do unauthorized work on my truck they blew the engine up and then charged me to tow it back to their shop and worse of all would not let pay the bill and blocked my truck in with their truck.
It has taken the police the State Attorney Generals office and our Vice President of our company to let us pay our bill
MY ADVISE DO NOY USE ANY BRANCH OF FIVE STAR INTERNATIONAL FOR YOUR REPAIRS
You might not get your truck back!!!!!

I have been working with FiveStar Mount Joy for nearly 6months now and the service I have received from both Jim and Shaun has been outstanding! From the moment I call they are usually able to prediagnose the problem via phone. Once the truck is brought in for service, they can almost always give me to an exact time to pick up the truck to be put back on the road. These guys are great!

Had our truck in to check for possible cracked head. The job ended up taking seven weeks to complete. They never updated us on any status. We had to call in and ask what progress they had made on our truck and what’s going on with it. They sent the head away twice to be checked only to find that a sleeve was cracked.Very unprofessional on how they dealt with us and never notified what was going on. If you want to quick turnaround in getting your truck fixed do not take it to five Star international. I would rename it to one star

These guys don't play around! Very professional and quick. Was out the same day I got in. Large facility with trlr parking. Nice little drivers lounge with recliners. Food del and hotels if you need nearby. Any issues again up here in PA and I can make it here I will!
