Picked up new bed from warehouse, drove two hours with it all in boxes, unpacked it to find damaged side rail and missing base for headboard. Called store over and over, no one answered. Used the chat, they said their department can’t help but they’d try to call and email the store and call me back, they never did. Called warehouse, they said even if I drove it back and they had a new box in stock, they couldn’t replace it without a case number and paperwork. Now I have to send emails and pictures to a warranty company to piece together a bed?! Absolute frustrating DISASTER! I wish I would’ve seen this flooding of 1-star reviews prior to this chaotic mess, I never would’ve wasted my time stopping by.

Ashley did not inform the factory warranty after the purchase the furniture and they are interested to take the money for extended warranty.

We just bought furniture from them and we needed area rug so we purchased one from them , however the size was off ,then my wife gone to return within couple of days to the store , but they refused to return and said must go online or call customer service,unfortunately they are very rude and refused to return that rug even still in same condition when she bought it , such bad service.

This is the worst furniture store that you could ever want to do business with. It has been a nightmare process all along the way.. they send you damaged scratched furniture, and the delivery guys are like gorillas who damage it even further trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. Save yourself the heartache. Don’t even call these people don’t ever go to their stores don’t ever do business with them.

Joke company I've called ten times and sent two emails they said my delivery was coming today and it never showed up I've missed work because I was suppose to be home. Makes me want to go in the store and break some stuff I will never buy from this company again F them

The worst experience I've ever purchase a sofa and recliner when they delivered it only the recliner came and it wasn't the same size as the one in the store so then about 10 days later the sofa got here and there was a big gap between the recliners in the sofa it looks like it's a section my left messages wanted to speak to somebody they said they were going to send someone out and never came the worst they'll deliver something totally different than what you purchased in the store if I can give it a half a star

I was sold damaged furniture. Store manager apologized for not knowing the process to request new furniture to be sent to my home. Still waiting I will reach out to the corporate office. SAD!

Hands down. Worst management I have ever worked for. Sleazy and corrupt and it all starts at the top. Each department is garbage. Most all managers. The workforce is being used and taken advantage of. You've been warned.
