What is up with this center, where there's so many empty shops? This place lost the Curry House, your Theater is trying to fight sliding downhill. Daiso it seems it's really your only anchor you have. I'd love to see this place packed with different businesses. Running tides float all boats. February's about to end, and they didn't even bother taking down Christmas decorations. If that's how little management cares about this place, how do they expect patrons and tenants to care?

This was a decent place to hang out at, before the pandemic, but now the shopping center is half vacant with most eateries closed permanently. There are only a few decent stores left, along with the AMC theaters.

Very sad, decent AMC and if you can find one still in business, decent shops too. AATLANTIC TIMES SQUARE is unfortunately a ghost town.

Great central location, you have everything you need at this mall, eating, Chinese theater, shopping, supermarket, seafood restaurants, drinks, everything, plenty of parking and it’s free. Grand Marriott hotel right next to the mall new built.

A stop for family: arcade, shopping l, bakery, Asian style food restaurants & AMC Movie theater, Try the Malaysia PappaRich restaurant, my favorite! Safe & Fun. Must mention: Free parking! A great place for all ages. Recommended.

Half the shops are closed. The ones that remain are boring little boutiques. The best stops here are the theater, Daiso, and the gym. There's a few restaurants I never remember to try because they are so hidden. The owners of this place should make it possible to run a business that could profit. The layout hides the stores from street traffic. They have no visibility. I'm sure the lease agreement includes all sorts of fees and hindering rules. This place could be a local hang out.

Not that I dislike the location, but there are more closed shops than open. Main escalators to the parking lot are always broken, parts of the plaza are overwhelming with the smell of trash. It used to be a great place to hangout with restaurants and shops, but it seems to be dimming in popularity.

This plaza is getting worse, aside from the closed shops, the amenities are starting to age and missing maintenance, escalators are constantly closed off for maintenance, elevator makes weird sounds and runs really slow.
