Would not allow me in with my service dog. I have a disability that requires her to be with me. She is incredibly well behaved. The woman who works at the desk was unkind and rude. Their quality also looked pretty horrendous. Would not recommend.

As mentioned previously by several reviewers here please avoid this store. The older man, presumed owner, made us feel totally unwelcome.

Eyes traced my two year old son from the outset and when he had the audacity to touch a christmas decoration raised verbal comment of mind that child and to keep him away.

My comment back suggesting he was only two was met with sarcastic commentary back.

Suffice to say we left but not without him offering his views of our inappropriate parenting.

Take your money elsewhere to support business owners who are more deserving of your hard earned, as opposed to this rude and obnoxious owner.

I was impressed with the variety of Mammoth Lakes attire. Shop is decent sized. You need a souvenir shirt, sweatshirt, or some other article of clothing this place should do. Parking, entrance, aisles, and country are accessible.

Horrible experience!!! The old guy attending the shop was racist. I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews before going to that store. My son and his girlfriend were looking around, and he had his eyes on them “at all times “. She was looking at the earrings, and the old man told her not to touch them unless she buys them. The price of the earrings was on the back of the earrings. She felt bad because of what he said and she decided to leave the store. We bought some things, but we won’t go there ever again. My advice to everyone is not to be racist. Don’t judge according to a person’s race. We, as humans, are all different independently of our race. Latinos, when you visit Mammoth Lakes, DON’T GO to ANOTHER T SHIRT SHOP. We are NOT WELCOME there!! There are more stores with friendly people where you can buy your souvenirs.

Creepy man made us so uncomfortable we just left! I had my service dog with me wearing a vest "ignore me I'm working" which in fact is not a requirement of the ADA and service dogs. The man tried to tell me it wasn't "the right kind of vest" but he could allow it. After politely saying the ADA doesn't require a vest I began to look. The man stared and flared at me the entire time. Going so far as moving his chair to do so. This is completely uncalled for and borderline harassment. Being disabled we deal with enough no one should ever be made so uncomfortable that they have to leave the store.

It had a lot of great stuff. The women's sizes of the hiker shirt could be better. I tried on a large, x-large, and XXL and the sides of the shirt was the same. I usually wear a size large. There was no difference in these sizes, except the length. The width was the same. I really liked that shirt and wanted to get it.

Very rude old man, my little 8 yr old sister was walking around he told her to not touch unless she buys it, she didn’t even want anything. Walked out due to how rude he was, when I came back to ask my other family for something he said to not come back into his store… aside from overpriced everything was tacky 😹

My wife and a friend took some girls shopping Wednesday evening and the male shop attendant who was an older male was rude and followed the girls around telling them not to touch and only shop in the area that shirt size is for you. We will never shop there again with that crotchety old guy present, and maybe never at all. Poor customer service. What ever happened to being kind?
