***** If I could give less then a 1 star I would ****

I drove from Santa Barbara to this Auctin house to pick up my purchases. 1. The woman who said she was the manager on duty was as rude as they come, she said that we purchased multiple things when we purchased one (1). It wasn't until she listened to the recording and then looked in their system that she realized they were wrong.... no I am sorry from her. 2.We "zelled" the money as asked and they said it did not go through and that it was pending. We called our bank and they confirmed the funds are with the Auction Co. I offered to pay with cash since we were already there and they could issue us a refund check at a later date but we were harshly told that we would need to come back. This was a wasted 5 hour trip once all was said and done. We purchase a lot of machines/equipment etc. through various auctuions, and this was by far the most disheartenting experiece I have ever dealt with. Whatever happened to making a repeat customer happy? I have never been treated with so much unproffesionalism and unwillingness to help fix the problem.

Beware buying new equipment at the auction doesn't mean you'll receive it new. I've bought well over $100, 000 in equipment there but at the last auction I bought a new shipping container and received it with a massive bent door that I can't open. I sent pictures to them but haven't heard back.

They always have a lot of equipment for sale. From big equipment to small tools. Running equipment and project equipment for people who are looking for something to work on. Items for your house or your shop. A lot to choose from on their miscellaneous sale. The people here are friendly, professional, and helpful if you want to buy or sell. Great customer service.

Helpful crew, in and out. Don't follow Google. Use the satellite view to see the obvious way in, Is what it is.

I’m writing this review as a seller as opposed to a buyer. I needed to sell several pieces of heavy industrial equipment which I had very little ability to do on my own. Rick Flores was extremely helpful in working with me to value, list and sell these items (as of the date of this review there is one pending item, but I expect the same outcome). The final sale prices came in pretty close to his estimates. Overall I had a very good experience with The Auction Company and would use them again in a similar situation.

Our first visit here was a few weeks ago, so my review may get edited after we attend more auctions. Lots of parking close to the auction site, off street so that's really convenient. Much more small machinery, like lights and cement mixers here, etc. And they auction those first and it takes a great deal of time. Prices on vehicles seems on the higher side as well, depends. The issue I did have is that we were not allowed to drive our vehicles off the lot on auction day, this is a pain, since we travel over 2hours to get here. That's basically why I gave them 3 stars.

Terrible people. Dishonest. Make you pay for item in cash in full before they will show you the dodgy paperwork that does not match the item and will not refund. Most of the machinery is total worn out junk with many problems. Make sure you inspect in person and do not buy on line. The person that drives the machines in the video tries to hide faults. You have landed in a scrap yard that should be selling by the pound. The woman that runs the place is just horrible and will not work with anyone. Let's not forget all the added fees. Stay away

Bad experience. Bought a lift from that that arrived today, despite it being in poor condition and not operating correctly (Yes I understand that’s a risk with Auctions). The communication was poor and virtually non existent through my many efforts. Customer service was a joke. The lift got here and barely operates. They shouldn’t be selling pieces of garbage unless it’s listed as such. You cannot list something as operational if it’s not.
Needless to say TAC sucks, I’ll never use them again and I’ll evangelize others avoiding them as well.
