John and Auto Recyclers came to my rescue and I’m so grateful! I was in an accident north of Rawlins and the police (Sergeant Jim Rhea) contacted John and he was able to tow me to Walmart Tire Center in Rock Springs, Wyoming and even checked to see if he had a replacement tail light and bumper in stock for me. So…once I could drive again on a replacement tire, I was able to drive to Auto Recyclers and they installed the replacement tail light for me and also attached the replacement bumper to my bike rack. I’m so grateful!

Had an engine blow in Rock Springs on a road trip. Found an engine through these folks and had a GREAT experience. Really great service, flexibility to help me with a secondary tow AND recommended a local mechanic that did quick, great work. I've been doing business at this establishment for a solid ten years, most recently was a simple steel wheel for my commuter car. But I recently had someone run a stop sign and do thousands of dollars worth of damage to my property. I called just about every other tow company in the county to try and find this said vehicle, so I could simply take some pictures myself in the day light. The young lady answered the phone, I asked about a vehicle that was involved in a accident in the early morning hours North of Rock Springs Her instant, rude reply was "What about it?" I informed her I was the property owner of which property was damaged due to the driver of said vehicle that took out my mail box and fence. She continued to tell me about their policies, and that if I'm not the registered owner of the vehicle I am not allowed to see it. Which is understandable, to a certain extent, but the sheer rudeness took me by complete surprise. (Each and EVERY other Tow Company I called said they didn't have it, but they'd help me out if they did. Not to mention each and EVERY other company I called spoke to me very properly, professionally and polite.) Needless to say, I will no longer due business with Auto Recyclers. Even if they have the ONLY part in the United States for one of my antique/classic cars of pick up trucks. If I would have been spoken to like a person, I probably wouldn't have wrote this.

I have to say this has to be the best junkyard I have ever been to. I was looking for a bed for my truck and gave them a call. The lady on the phone was super friendly and was very helpful. She told me that the best thing to do was come out and take a look at all they had. Since I was driving in from utah they assured me that they would pull the bed I chose that same day why I waited. Made the drive and wasn't disappointed. They showed me all they had and had the perfect bed I needed. Told me to give them a few hours and they would have it ready. They even gave me good recommendations for lunch back in town. When I got back the bed was already on my trailer. Even the owner came out and helped do the final loading. I will for sure be back to this place. Thanks for the very friendly service.

This place is Amazing!! I wish everyone that I did business with was like this place. My experience was like going back in time to a time when business owners truly cared about their customers. Super friendly people and they even stayed a little late as we were coming from out of town to get an engine from them. This place is a rare gem in today's business world! I would highly recommend them!
